I have called and spoke to your company on 4 different occasions and I last spoke to your company on June 25th and I had an email confirmation sent to me stating they would send a refund to me, and it still has yet to happen. My family has spent so much money at Popeyes and I have become so disappointed in the customer service and the corporation for the untimeliness you guys have handled thus situation. It has been going on since June 6, and the funds or the situation has not been resolved. It's very disappointing and makes the company seem as if they don't care, and it's upsetting when we enjoy your food. I even recieved an email stating I would recieve a refund. I would please appreciate a follow up of this issue and my refund. I have spent more time trying to get my $11.00 refund. Please respond and some other follow up with my refund would be appreciated. Thank you,

Man bad customer service
The manger was being rude and her employee they called me bro and I feel like that is racism and I didn’t agree with how I was treated I want to file a complaint and I want to compensated for emotional distress
