Longview Gilmer Rd location. , Is near my home. Love Popeyes chicken. Ate it while I was in the military. Ty. Bliss Texas. I've tried to eat at the Longview location. Always some kind of bad service. I saw last week ,the sign said under new management. I still had no desire to try your location out. Last week I received the normal round of coupons in the mail. I said," let's give em a try" . Wrong! The same crap. I walked in and one guy said he'd be with me. No problem. But. I stoop there for about 7 or 8 minutes with no service. But, one guy apparently made what sounded like a *** deal. He told the manager to hat he had to go on break. The manager said. " You can't go on break, we're in the middle of a rush. The other guy called him the N word. Then said I'm Shaq your Kobe. It was complete nonsense. I walked out and as usual, no chicken. Thanks Popeyes.

Didnt recieve my order, called first to see if I could swing back, then went to go get my order WITH my receipt in hand, circled the things that wamissing, and politely asked for whatever was easier-a refund or just the food back. They said come back the next day cause they are closing and already threw everything away. they gave me attitude and i left with nothing.i said, whatever I'll just come back the next day, with my receipt with the managers name on it that said I could do this. They didn't believe me and I left with nothing again. How am I supposed to try that strawberry biscuit jumping thru all these hoops? I just want a refund at this point, because the two things I did receive were stale and cold. When i asked for the exact location, it would not provide the address so i hadt pick something random. The address is 3100 S Carrolton ave, neworleans LA , 70118 I have the order number and everything. Just hmu I guess
