Sour slaw old chicken
Went to valley Alabama location and ordered lunch bad mistake. Slaw was sour and my chicken sandwich had old chicken on it. I tried calling them and no answer.. This is the second time I've got bad slaw there.

My order was not delivered
We placed an order for 12pcs chicken at 12:46pm. The delivery driver arrived at 2:44pm without the order, and he told us that popeyes didn't have an order for our address even thou we fully paid for the order on my debt card the amount paid was $32.61 We will never again order from popeyes at any location.

Why is the Cleburne Tx location always closed
Really nothing happened. All the right words, no actions. Will have to wait and see if there are any actions to correct problems. Lol.

Disrespectful kids I asked for fresh chicken chicken came back and it was black it was Cold and it was no good .got food I did not even order I need to speak with someone they need to do some about them people up there because they are very disrespectful for no reason. and that time of night I will never order from that restaurant again I love Popeyes but Ill never order from them again I need it for $39 refund

I purchased a 16 piece family meal and the chicken was old and cold after specifically requesting fresh hot Chicken. When I got home, the kids ate three pieces but my wife and I refused to eat the dried out chicken. My wife suggested I return it to the restaurant for a refund. The manager was rude and did not give me a full refund because three pieces were earn by the kids. This is bad customer service and I expect my order to be replaced with fresh Chicken.

I had a bad experience at Popeyes
I went to get me some to eat at your Popeyes store located on Matt Dy in Madison Tn 37115 and when I made it home it was the wrong chicken order what I order was leg and thing but they stated that they doesnt have any legs, so I said just give me two things because I dont eat breast. When I gotten home it was a breast and thing, So I had to leave my home a take order back which I shouldnt have never had to do. When I arrived I gave them the order back and letting them know what was the problem. They gave me another order when I pulled off and stoped at the store some told me to check my. box and it turned out to be 2 breast and I told them that I dont nest Bret it they wasnt hearing me as well as them young people was In the store saying we sick of her and this arent acceptable. I had to drive back there again because no one there is taken their Job serious and I am done with this Popeyes no more. The owner needsto hire better shifts So they

Manager of oxford Alabama took our order and was very nasty when we told her she messed up the order she refused to fix it and just kept repeating 19.12 over and over she stated they was short staff but I believe thats not the customer fault

Poor service, Poor Food and inaccurate order
So I ordered on line at your Store on 15 th and National Milwaukee WI. I ordered 2 do meat meals, 1 chicken nuggets 1 classic chicken sandwich. My order was suppose to be ready at 5:30 pm pick up. I got there and had to wait in line . I didnt get my order till 5:50 pm. When I got it the sandwich wasnt in there I waited a additional 5 min to talk to someone. She explained they didnt have any and I would have to go on line to get a refund. I asked if she would substitute something she said yes so a got a order sm of nuggets. I didnt get the right sides. Biscuits hard

Popeye's on Lincoln hwy in North Aurora, IL and ordered a 10 piece chicken dinner Mild ALL DARK MEAT. I said LEGS and THIGHS ONLY with sides mashed potato and gravy and Cole slaw. I was having a small get together with friends. Got home and opened my order and saw the damn order was totally wrong. I got 6 wings and 4 breasts, which they just threw together without any reservation. I got disgusted and was going to go back and my wife said we have guests so just sit and eat whatever we had. Afterwards I called and they put me on hold. Then they put me on forwarding to voicemail. Wouldn't answer the phone. I want what I ordered and have that manager fired. Call me and I want an apologize from your company yo compan t complain.w

Would like my car fixed
Please contact me. I've sent emails and photos of what happened several times. Would just like my car fixed, its been months! Your sign blew up scratched and dented my car in several areas. Starting from the back to the front of my car, while in your drive through.

We drove up to the drive thru at the Popeye's in New Iberia, La and sat there for about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us for our order. During this time I was hollering "Hello". I finally got tired of waiting and drove around so that I could go inside and see what the problem was. When I went in, I spoke with someone, I think a manager, and asked him why no one would take our order at the drive thru. He stated that the drive thru does not beep when a truck goes through I don't know how he knew I was driving a truck. I then asked him if I could order there at the window and he stated no.. A black gentleman was standing there and I am assuming that he ordered his meal there. am assuming that he ordered his meal there at the window. We finally left and called corporate for the poor service given at this location. This place has gone hill in the recent years. I feel there is also some prejudice going on here from talking with other white customers other
User's recommendation: Don't eat here until all of the management is changed to a bipartisan management. Mix it with a white race in there might help.
