Ordered the 16 (pieces) chicken meal but received only 10 pieces of chicken. Went right back to Popeyes after calling several times about the issues but no answer.
I was told once I got back to Popeyes --"Well I made this order personally so I know I put 10 pieces of chicken in the in the box".
Which I showed her the receipt stating it should have been 16 pieces chicken....No replacement of chicken ---a lot of attitude and disrespect, as if I would try to steal 6 pieces of chicken after spending 40 dollars. I am a *** doctor I am not hard up for chicken, it was for my staff --- night shift
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
