It is sad that the store in Lake Worth, Texas is managed so poorly. Either the store is under-staffed or they don’t know how to hustle. I arrived at the store at 7:50pm, one car at the window, and two in front of me at the speaker. After sitting for over 15 minutes, the line finally moves. And 5 cars are now behind me. Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time I’ve been through this at this location. Service is terrible here, and if there was a competitor in the area, I’d stop coming here all together.

All of the Turkeys are in the long line of cars in the drive-thru that is wrapping around the block, waiting to get their chicken samwitches. Too lazy to cook at home, too lazy to go inside of the restaurant to order their food.

Unable to get refund for order I never received

Ordered through the website and my card was immediately charged, however, when I went into the restaurant I was informed that they could not fulfill my order and that they could not give me a refund. I was told that I would have to go through the app or contact corporate to see about a refund. After swinging on hold for over 2 hours and several emails, I have yet to receive any follow up regarding this situation!

If you were told to leave then you did FAR MORE then just ask for extra sauce. It must have been when they told you there would be a extra charge and you lost your damn mind.

No business wants to have to deal with the police but they will do so to remove a problem. YOU were the problem. Maybe look to your attitude and behavior before you go blasting a innocent employee. You are clearly a snowflake and we don’t need more of those.

YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL!! YOU ARE A NOBODY!!

About 20 to 30 ppl went in to your location on Eldorado pkwy in little elm Texas . The location says it open up at 10:30 the manager tells everyone that they open at 11:00 and the the truck for the chicken sandwich’s won’t be sold till after 3 .

Why not just park your car and then go inside and order? The exercise might do you some good. --- Who in their right mind would wait 40 minutes in a drive thru line when there were only 2 cars ahead of them?

Due to lack of chicken sandwich’s I’m still not able to try your new product. To have to wait in the drive thru to be told “WE DON’T HAVE ANY MORE CHICKEN SANDWICHES “. It just makes you feel kinda left out. This is at the Maple Heights location and the North Randall location will not answer the telephone.

Complaint about manager

When I arrived to the Popeyes located at Grand and Natural Bridge Rd I noticed they had the drive thru closed so I parked and got out and went it. The people waiting we’re telling me outside before I had even walked in that they were out of bread for the chicken sandwiches which I don’t really care because that’s not what I wanted anyway. So I get in and the place is packed with people that have been standing around for 30 mins - an hour waiting on food. I placed my order a 3 piece tender and some red beans and rice. I waited for 35 mins for my order and finally I said something about the service because as I was waiting I was observing the workers and they were very unprepared and unprofessional cursing at customers because of customers being mad at them for lack of service. So after I said what I said, the manager, without even asking me, refunds me my money and tells me that he isn’t going to fix my order. I was pissed, they made me late going back to work from lunch and everything. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and obviously the management is not doing there jobs either.

i waited for 40 minutes for one order, i ordered a red beans and rice after that and i paid for it and they failed to tell me they were out, then i had to wait a large amount of time to get a refund, they didn’t give me any honey or butter, they gave me the wrong sauce, and failed to give me all of my chicken strips in my order. i understand being slow because rush but it was out of control and they were messy. And the menu said 3.99 for a chicken sandwich and they were charging costumers 5.99 saying it was a “corporate issue”.

I have been waiting in line since before the store was to open at 10. It’s 10:20 and my order still has not been taken in drive-thru. If you knew you were bringing back a product, why was the restaurant not prepared for outpour? Be well staffed, have the sandwiches ready to go. This is why people go to chick-fil-a: for consistency and excellent customer service.

I ordered 3 of the spicy chicken sandwiches and i got all the way home and realized the sandwiches were not spicy and cold as ice and the bread was hard. I called soon as I realized my food wasn’t right and cold and all morning and afternoon and no answers.

My co-workers and I ordered lunch through the app and the order canceled and we were left hungry. It would have been nice if they would have called to let us know they were out of the food we ordered. We were left starving and hating Popeyes for not being professional about their app.

Maybe the bite wasn't made by a human. Maybe there was a rat or a possum or a raccoon inside of the restaurant who was hungry and took a bite out of it.

Or maybe it was just some silly teenager who thought that it would be very funny to take a bite out of a piece of chicken and then serve it someone. Maybe there were some Gremlins inside of the restaurant who did it. Who knows? But I wouldn't eat a piece of chicken that someone had bitten out of.

A human mouth has more germs in it than a dog's mouth. No telling what kind of germs was on that piece of chicken.
