Did not receive food that is paid for

The window attendant gave me only 1 bag of food. I assumed it contained everything and did not check. I should have. Couldn't reach then via phone. Contacted the corporate office. Zero response.

Dissatisfied with CHICKEN size (

I ordered a family pack. Total was 38.00 with TAX. Opened the box up and saw these little ads chicken wings and legs. In my opinion for the price they charge you should at least get full size wings and legs. How much more can Popeyes pad their profits and keep cheating the customers by serving sub standards chickengo

Poor services first in line other people getting their food was told five mins but they keep skipping me

Im tired of their poor customer service and the way they treat big orders, they need to be talk too cause this isnt okay, this happened last time with the same workers. If I could get the district manager number please

The Popeyes in Randolph ma. Sever me chicken that was rotten. When the manager of that store called back, he questioned my account of what happened. Until I said I could send a picture. At which point he said I could return and they would replace it. It was 45 minutes away. I will never eat at a Popeyes again.

Poor service

The drive through at the location in foley alabama is awful, 30 to 40 minutes to get 8 cars through, this has been on several occasion, love the food but I wont be going back. Maybe send some people to Chick-fil-A for some training on how to get some car through!! They can fill 30 orders before Popeyes can fill 8!

I told the young lady I had a coupon for my food. She told me to pull to the window. When I got there she said they don't have any coupons like what I had. Clearly it your Popeyes coupons. She called the manager over. Both denied my coupon. Then said they has a special but I needed a coupon for that as well. I asked for their names, and the young lady laughed, gave me 2 fake names and shut the window. A man bought my food to me. very rude and disrespectful.to me Popeyes in Louisville ky #5551Pope

Horrible customer service

The manager of the Popeyes chicken place at 2010 Wharton road did NOT want to sell me four 11 piece chicken special for $13.99 she said she did not want to make any more chicken and that would wipe them out. She had a nasty disposition and an extremely horrible attitude!

For the 5th time in a row we have made it home without what we ordered and paid for at the Popeyes on Eastchase in Fort Worth, Texas. Apparently, 2 nuggets boxes is what these employees consider a 3 piece dark meal with fries and a 3 piece tender meal with cole slaw. To top it all off, the window employee was one of the rudest in memory.

Not happy with the services I received.

I used my credit card I been charge for items I didnt receive fir the girl to say she cant print out my recipe I put a $49.00 order in its on my statements but didnt even get my drinks no sauce for chicken nor shirmp & no recipe with my order so I can confirm the girl seem lazy & the food was barley warm and shirmp & biscuits with dry chicken food was not fresh but was quick to take my hard work earned money. Very poor services and it aint the first time we just keep giving chances but enough is enough Chelmsford Ma

Bad service & old food

Service was horrible. The food was old obviously sitting there for a while. The dinning room tables every one of them were dirty had to clean one our selves so we could eat. Would never go back there again.

Asked if there was still an issue with Popeyes.

Yes there is still an issue Popeyes . I spoke to representative and explained my concerns. He stated he would send me gift card and contact the store. I dont know if he contacted the store but I have not received the gift card.

Complaint

This is a reoccurring issue. Orders are not correct cant get a receipt because the printer is broken. Have to use a credit card. I understand COVID has been hard on everyone but this particular store has never been good even before that. I have made up my mind even though Chick fil A is higher I will go there. I am also in retail I understand but I can always get change I always provided good customer service.

The location located in Eastpointe Mi stated that the hours of opening is at 11:00am I'm n the drive thru line at 10:45 a it's 11:31a and store is still not open
