To begin with my name is Barbara Lochridge not the name you have on my email.This is just another example of what's wrong with your company.People don't listen and issues aren't answered in a timely manner and now you have my name wrong.

Problem with a gift card I purchased
I paid for a $25 gift card and when my gift recipient went to use the gift card, they said it was denied zero on the card.

Terrible service
Terrible!! Every time Ive gone there you wait for 39 minutes when there is only 3-4 cars ahead of you only to find out they are out of everything! Employees are always outside talking with other people parked in the lot

I bought a chicken box 3 piece an there was a bloody wet booger on the box when I opened it. I was on lunch break pulling to my office I couldn't go back. I called the police an made a report. I called Popeyes they kept hanging up on me and laughing about it. This was during 4/01/2021in the afternoon. In Seminole county Florida. Don't eat here
