Dissatisfied with meal.

On 2/24 I purchased a Rip'n chicken meal from the Pop eyes at 501 Adams Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. The chicken was small and when I ripped the chicken apart it was pink. I was infuriated that I had to heat the chicken in the microwave in order to be able to eat.

User's recommendation: Check to make sure your chicken is done before you leave the store.

Mistreated

Were not serve due to the fact that we did not have a mask so we were told to walk to the drive-through after walking through the drive-through and waiting in the line they decide to tell us that they cant service through the window when we couldve been told that from the beginning and we wouldve went elsewhere

I when to the popeye store in vineland nj 08360 n try to get 6 meals n I ask for separate recipes..only because I work for the state with mentally consumers that are handicap....they been wanted a meal from there months... I was in da drive through...da manger lie to me n gave me theses recipes that I can use...n now its cost me to pay the company... that's not fair to mepppppppp]

Employee and Manager not listening and working to understand the customer

I got my coupon number online using my laptop. It was number 8353 for a 14 piece family meal at $24.99. I presented it at the cash register. The young man stated "I can't take that, it is not on your phone". I explained I use my laptop for this since I don't have a data plan on my phone. I'm 72 and only use it for calls. I asked to speak to the manager. He turned and addressed the manager in Spanish then she spoke back to him in Spanish and shock her head NO. I never got to speak to the manager HER. I did not get to explain my situation to her. Nowhere ON THE Website DOES IT SAY FOR PHONES ONLY! Employee and Manager didn't try to understand "The code came off my Laptop".

Found a large metal spring in mashed potatoes. Called store and its always a busy signal. Called corporate and havent heard back in over a week.

Rude employees

I just simply asked for a receipt thst is legible be a use I am a traveling nurse ........at first he refused to take the receipt then he snatches it out my hand , the manager comes and she wants to refund my money just cos I asked for a receipt then I get a hard biscuit and a leg instead of a thigh ......just disrespectful d

Mask for employee's servings food

Arrived at the drive thru window to wait for our mobile orders and for the entire 8 minutes we waited, none of the 5 employees were wearing mask properly,2 of them didnt even have a mask on at all, the other 3 had on a mask but it was pulled down below their mouth,they were all at the food service station, one of the employees that wasnt wearing a mask was nibbling on food

Very disappointed in quality and dependability

Ordered 12 piece family meal. There was not 1 piece of breast in the box. I guess they can get away with this since the online menu DOES NOT state which pieces are in an order. Also we do NOT like dark meat!!! There is NO option on the online menu to choose all white meat. Also we always upgrade to only breasts but there is NO option on the app to do this. The dependability and quality Popeyes used to have no longer exists. Very disappointed! From the other complaints it almost sounds like the employees are sabotaging their employer. A few years ago we heard that Popeyes competition was sending people into Popeyes employ to destroy the business. Popeyes better wake up and address its problems with employees and menus before its too late.

User's recommendation: Contact corporate and demand changes. Ask exactly what pieces you are getting. Check you order before you leave the store.

My wife and I had the Cajun flounder sandwich it was more like the Cajun gigantic fish stick that tasted terrible

Unable to fill out survey for free chicken the last three times that I purchased chicken from them.

I called them at 877-767-**** and they said that they would send me a new survey to fill out. I will have to wait and see if I get it in my email. If not I will never go back to Popeyes again.
