Dec 27th 2018 we visited at which time we order a 16 piece family meal with 2 large fries and Mac & cheese and a gallon of sweet tea. We travel from West Sacramento so we pulled over after 40 mins in the drive through and noticed we had what equaled a small fry.

I went in to advise and before I said anything an employee said, Whatโ€™s wrong with your order! First thought was wow thatโ€™s rude! I advised her that we needed more fries as we need to total to 2 large fries and this is when a wonderful debate happened. I got home that night and we had a 16 piece with 2 breast and 1 thigh and the rest winds to equal to 14 pieces and 6 biscuits instead of 8.

I emailed the company and the district manager called me and apologized and offered a replacement meal. I returned tonight 1/18/2019. I called before I left just to make sure everything was verified with the staff so it could work smooth once I got there since I was goi g to travel in traffic. After being in traffic for an hour we arrived and stood in line for about 10 mins which wasnโ€™t bad and then I let Deray know that we were here to get our meal replaced from our last visit and that I had called ahead.

Deray checked with the guy in the back cooking chicken and he said he had to verify the book so I would need to wait. I said no worries and stepped to the side and then when Deray got a moment I advised him that I had called in and spoke to someone and they checked the book. He said okay and then he continued to do his job which was take orders from every customer that came in. I just stood to the side of the counter for 20 mins and checked with how much longer and they said they had to check and the girl at the drive through looked at me weird and I said yes I am still here waiting do we know how much longer and they said now they have to wait for more spicy chicken which they had plenty when I first arrived.

After 47 mins I was still waiting and several customers had came in after me ordered and then left with food and my order had not been started. I then asked how much longer as this was just way to long. Another guy had been waiting for over 20 mins at this time and he just order chicken no sides. I advised that I would just like to do a refund of my last order instead of replace at this point as I was done waiting.

The guy next to me also said he wanted a refund. The girl at the window her named sounded like Avista, comes over all crazy and unprofessional and starts asking whatโ€™s the problem. I advised that instead of waiting any longer I would just like a refund and that I would t be coming back to this location as they need some serious training. The man near me wanted a refund also at this point.

Now she is just trying to sass back at the questions from the man. I understand he was loud and upset but there needs to be someone on staff that can handle that and remain professional. She had my receipt from Dec 27 th and the mans card and I told her 4 times that she had my receipt and his card and she kept saying you want your refund right. I replied back yes but that is my receipt and his card and we arenโ€™t here together and he has a separate order and while I was trying to correct her she just kept doing everything and she put my refund on his card and then she also put his refund in his card and then I said well I would still like my refund.

At this point she was really irritated and said okay where is your card. I said itโ€™s next to you with my original receipt. She said she processed everything and laid down some curled up receipt ma said sign these handed me my card and walked away. Not once did she apologize.

The only ones that said sorry or tried to help were Deray and his helper which was I short girl packing the orders behind him. At this point I donโ€™t have my refund and wasnโ€™t told when to expect it. I really dont understand how hard it is to have good customer service skills especially when I was being nice with everyone. I will NEVER return to this location again as these 2 experiences are not okay and until they get staff over there that wants to work and is trained properly they will still keep having complaints.

I have never been so unhappy. This is definitely not how this place should function.

We don't have those here and your comment is too long to read anyhow. You haven't lived very long if that statement QUOTE : " I have never been so unhappy " is anywhere within miles of the truth. Drop the drama and get a life outside of a chicken restaurant.
