I would like to thank an employee who went above and beyond

On January 18th I went through the Popeye's drive through in Lowell or Rogers AR I believe the store is # 7726. It was my husband's birthday. As I got to the window, I realized I didn't have my purse in the car. The young lady in the drive through said it was ok she would pay for it. Her name was Taylianna. I went to the restaurant the next day and left her cash in an envelope. She was coming in later that night the employee told me. You could tell the gentleman thought highly of her as well. I wanted to recognize her kindness and to make sure someone knows what a valuable employee you have!Great OutO

Frozen fish sandwich

Called the store and they where very rude I asked for a meal They gave me attitude and my food was frozen still when I bit into it My fish sandwich was frozen

Tired of not getting my right orders

Ordered through the app but did not receive what I ordered and to top it off things were missing the order was not complete. Then the resolution was not customer friendly.

User's recommendation: Don't use Lyons Ave popeyes. Period!!!

Disappointment with menu change.

I'm a regular Popeye's customer and was very disappointed this weekend to find out that the green beans and Cajun rice had been taken off the menu. What's fried chicken without dirty rice? Had the mac n cheese which is at best undistinguished. The coleslaw is fine but very unhappy with the menu change.

Popeyes on Jungermann Rd. St. Peters MO

This Popeyes has to have the worst drive up service. I was the only car in line and the employee who took my very simple order was slow, inefficient, and rude. I asked her to repeat the order before I paid. She got it wrong. When I corrected my order, she copped an attitude and said she did not have time for this. I was the only customer there. She told me just to leave. I parked my car to see if I could speak to the manager. The door was locked and a person inside gave me the "go away" hand gesture. Two weeks ago was bad also. Poor service at Ronald Reagan location in Snellville

The line of cars for the drive through was wrapped around the building and hardly moving. When I finally reached the side where I could see through the window 3 of the 7 workers were sitting at a table eating. A gentleman walked inside and had to wait for someone to stop eating to take his order. Since the cashiers were back at their posts I decided to park and walk in to place my order since the line had not moved. I placed my order but quickly realized that 4 of the 7 employees who were serving food did not have their noses covered with their mask. Then I witnessed the manager walk out of her office with her mask not covering her nose. All customers wore their masks as required. Before receiving my order I witnessed 2 previous customers return to the restaurant because their orders were wrong.

Discontinued Sides (Cajan Rice)

Complaint

My sister ordered a family meal from your location in Tyler, TX on the loop 323 and the received incorrect order. She asked for spicy chicken and we received mild. I do not order mild chicken from Popeyes because I love your spicy chicken among other things. It's becoming a pattern that's disappointing. Also I asked for no thighs and still received some in my order. I live about 1 1/2 hours from this location, so it's so disappointing and definitely inconvenience when my orders are not correct.

Why is it that everytime i go to popeyes in greenville Tx, its like they give me the bottom of the barrel chicken? Its so damn hard that it cant even be eaten! I got the 8 piece tender family meal today with a large red beans n rice! They gave like 10 hard *** tenders and a single serve sideBla-blaI promise yall will not be getting anymore of my money!

I got a call from store phone #, they left some garbled message. I couldn't pick up.

Called back 7 x's...funny...no answer. I still have that garbled message.

When is some intelligent individual going to contact me? I want you to hear this message.

Receipt #32January 15, 2021 @ 7:09 pm. Drive through order fell to the floor as he was about to give to me. He said to pull forward, the order had to be redone. About 30 seconds later, maybe less, he brings order out. At home, took out green beans 1st, sandwich, then red beans and rice leaking the juice, next fries, only about 6, 7 were in the fries bag. The rest were strewn on the bottom of the bag. Only reasonably warm food was green beans and sandwich, although I had to microwave it. I called the restaurant up to 10 pm or so and always busy. Next day, busy. Have experienced this b4 and it's pathetic. I decided to do online complaint but too many characters and I had to go back 3 x's to delete stuff then I was kicked out...took too long. Decided to call today and leave complaint.

User's recommendation: Very Unprofessional at times. Too many chiefs. Based on last three visits. Last visit...total failure.
