This Popeyes needs to be looked at very close . No one speaks English and they put Spanish speaking people first. And they allow employees in regular clothes to come behind the counter and pick through the food

Very slow service and poor management
I go to popeyes on 9mile in eastpointe,mi frequently and the aervice is always extremely slow and attitude but on may 16th was *** rediculous i physically waited almost an hour and half.there is no explanation for this horrible service and poor management if they cant run a store they need to find someone that can....you are gonna lose alot of business from the crew you have working there...i worked inn fast food for 6 years and never was the service this slow or unprofressional

Bad Service.
Bad bloodly chicken.I call and went to talk to managerand he said that have never had bad chicken and refussed to fill out a food posion complete or listen to me.my grandaugther went to buy the chicket friday night 7/7/2017 and I don't have a car today is sunday morning 7/9/2017. I am upset because of serveral reasons please call me 214624**** or email reesemwilliams16@***.com.there is more to this.this store is on wheatland rd dallas texas

Permanently Lost Customer
I visited the Germantown, Maryland location back in February of this year. I purchased a meal, along with a dessert. Approximately 15 minutes after my order I approached the counter to find out that the dessert had not even started to be prepared. I had to leave for work, so I asked for a refund of the dessert. The manager refunded only $6.00 of my $12.24 meal AND charged me another $9 something for the meal that I was leaving with. I tried to explain to the "manager" that she was only crediting me $6.00 not $12.24. She assured me that I would receive the whole credit. Well, low and behold, I had a charge for $12.24, $9 something and only a credit of $6.00 on my bank statement. I attempted to contact the store directly and of course "no manager was available". So I filed a complaint on the Popeyes website.... never heard anything.... so I filed again .... still heard nothing. I called the "customer service" line with no resolve. Since the Germantown location is franchised, corporate "has no control on how they handle the situation". I have called corporate SEVERAL times... to no avail. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - the Germantown location has not responded. So, all in all, I am done with Popeyes all together. From eating Popeyes twice a week, which equates to 108 times a year, to an average of $10/meal - equals out to $1080/year x who knows how many years - they will never see another penny of my earned income. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the ENTIRE situation and a lack of responsibility from the corporate office. All this over $6.24.
