The worst Popeyes I've ever been to, by far!
I want to Popeyes restaurant in Maryville Indiana, The lady took my order and I had to wait for about 45 minutes while other customers that came in behind me got their order before me and the guy next to me got his order last and he only had two pieces of chicken one chicken was going out the drive-through window, The cashier was going to the back to prepare chicken and also going into the far part of the building and you could hear them laughing and talking and cracking jokes the manager had no order had no system whatsoever to go by it was clear chaos! And also they were issuing chicken to their friends they just walked in.. This place is bad I've been going there for years often on every time I go back to try it again they prove me wright it's the same old story time after time I will never go back again. In my opinion the cooks were the only one on your job doing what they were supposed to do everybody else was in a state of confusion and they had no system! If I was the owner I would fire the manager immediately retrain the staff get somebody in there that knows what they're doing! Are usually don't complain and call corporate but this was so bad I felt that I had to respond...

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicken Liver Review
Going home from a long day at work . Went out of my way to get chicken . At the Tara Blvd located I believe in Morrow, Ga. Went out of my way to get Chicken Livers and your $5 Shrimp boxes for the kids. Knowing that Popeyes chicken is the most expensive chicken or restaurant I decided to splurge. Bad mistake. Food was unedible. The chicken livers were fried so hard they could break your teeth. I saw the manager picking through the chicken livers before she put them in the box I wondered why...now I know she knew that they were overcooked. I was telling my daughter about the bad chicken livers and she told me about the mini shrimp I have bought for them. The commercial shows large shrimp what we got was nothing like the picture on television that you advertise. What a disgrace. Teach your children in the kitchen how to cook and take pride in customer service. Would do better if you just close this location.

I order spicy chicken for my meals 9 49 pm and instead of them telling me they didnt have spicy they put original and demanded a refund and didn't get it and had us waiting for 20 minutes

Got my order wrong twice...After i took it back...gave me possibly the worst pieces of tenders, in spicy even tho i asked for mild twice. All the manager could say was sorry for the inconvenience...
