Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Drive-Through Review

I visit the Popeye's at 43rd and Greenfield in West Milwaukee because of my kids. The customer service is consistently poor. Drive thru employees are uncaring, unfriendly and seem to take pleasure in denying several requests. Do you realize that KFC is across the street? Customers have other options. How about some customer service training for your employees?

Poor management/bad customer service at Lefferts Blvd & Liberty Ave , Ozone Park , N.Y

I went to your location Sunday 4th April at about 5 pm . It was very crowded, over 25 customers were waiting. During the waiting period I asked to used the bathroom, I was told there was no bathroom. I asked for the manager.The employees said that they don't know his name while one said that she do not speak English.Finally the so call manager came who was observing what was going on in the background. I told him I wanted to use the bathroom. I was told there was no bathroom even though this is a eat in place. I asked where do you go when you have to use the bathroom? I was told to go to Burger King on the next block. The employees were very nasty and did not want to answer any questions.I observed that some employees had hair nets on , some did not including the manager but all were in the food area where hair net is required. During the period while talking to the manager he got mad at me and told me to go away.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Bonafide Big Box Combo Meal Review

I come to this popeyes often and they tend to always fix my order wrong it just took me this visit to report it. First off i had to wait in drive thru for 20 min before i reached the speaker, then at the speaker no one said anything untill 5 min later to tell me they will be right with me. I get my food which is the famous $5 box and there is like 4 fries in the fry bag and yes i counted because thats ridiculous. I asked for honey and bbq which i was willing to pay for but was told no honey or bbq sauce. So i asked what do you have she said only buffalo and mardi gras mustard, now i know its sunday but to be out of everything is just ridiculous. Now what if i wanted tenders which is what i always get when i go to popeyes you mean to tell me those are my choices. That is sad. So when i get home im expecting to eat spicy chicken which turned out to be mild smdh i tried to give them thr benefit of the doubt but yall have got to do better at this store on 38 and choctaw.

Workers did not Care

First item not available, Chicken tenders, had to wait five minutes, then when the girl brought me out the box, she said they did not have any mustard sauce. I took product and ate fries on my 2 mile home. At the end of the fries I noticed that after waiting all that time, I only had four chicken tenders, when I ordered 5 for $ 6.99. Drove all the way back, and the girl at the counter was like nonchalant about it, and throw a tender in a box and gave it to me. I think I should have been compensated a lot better than that. Also, waiting for them to fix the tenders they should have not been warm, they should have been hot.
