Stale bread

I ordered 2 delta mini's from Popeyes and they both happened to have stail bread. This was not the first time it has happened to me, along with many people I know as well. I will start to warn food inspectors about this stale, uncooked bread that they happen to always provide there customers with. I have also experienced the very slow customer service, and the employees talking to people they know, too much to pay attention to the next customer in line. Popeyes in ajax is too disorganized and not customer friendly. Lastly, I ordered food and they gave it to somebody else, and they didn't even mark my receipt like they are supposed to, so as a result I lost my food that I payed for.

You don't have to bother going to the health inspector or as you call it food inspector. They do regular inspections and if the place doesn't pass, they are given a deadline to get the problem fixed.

These inspections happen several times a year. Not just to restaurants, but convenience stores, grocery stores, anyplace that handles any type of food.

before you run to the health inspectors (which i doubt you do) how about growing a set and address the issue with management...just maybe they might want to fix the issue?

Manager by the name christy was very rude [african american]

went in around 530pm rush hour time and ordered the 11pcs specail. and they did'nt have enough chicken in spicy. i asked how long would it take and she responded "i don't know im not the cook. so i said ok i will be contacting your cooperate and she said do whatever you want. so here i am reporting this. i serve 20 years in the military and never had a person to be so rude in serving food at a fast foods. she was very unprofessional. i will recommend all of my employee's and friend not to go there. the address there is 4037 indian river rd chesapeake virginia 23336. 757-361-****. store # 7206. you can contact me at 443-857-****. mr. mack

Google it, and you will find how to contact them.

Internationally Irate at Poor Popeyes Service

I live in Barbados. I was on an overseas phone call with my younger sister who lives in Brooklyn NY after 12 pm today, September 10th, 2013. She is a frequent customer of the Popeye's and Dunkin Donuts located at 1556 Broadway NY. Fatima was one of the crew on duty. My sister asked her if the Chicken Waffle Tenders were available since she has had to wait numerous times on this product which she loves and raves about. Fatima told her yes and my sister who was 5th in line; asked if she would have to wait and if so she would like to make sure they are cooking to avoid waiting. Fatima replied by saying that she answered her question already. When my sister got to the front of the line she was served by a young male crew member who very professional and displayed good hospitality to my sister. By this time 13 minutes had past. The gentleman ensured that my sister got her order as soon as possible. My sister who was not pleased by the service Fatima gave asked to speak to the manager (who was not in the store). The gentleman went to get the manager of the Dunkin Donuts and Fatima told him not to. At first he hesitated and then got the manager of the Dunkin Donuts. After my sister explained her experience to the manager he offered her the meal complimentary since he knew she was a regular customer. By that time Fatima said, "***, you fat you just wanted your food free." This made my sister irate and she responded by shouting at Fatima asking her who does she think she is and she should not speak to her in that manner. The manager tried to calm my sister down since she was now in tears (my sister does NOT cry). I am on the phone livid at this unprofessional customer service. It is safe to say that Popeyes has lost a valued customer today. What action will be taken to prevent Fatima, who represents the Popeyes company, from disrespecting and serving other valued customers from experiencing good service?

Do not follow thru with their offer of 2 pieces of chicken

I have been a customer for many years. Within the last year I have tried to take advantage of the free 2 piece chicken offer. I know that I can only submit a survey once a month for the offer. During the past 14 months I have only received the validation code and received two offers. After taking the survey and putting my complaint on the open box NO ONE has contacted me. 5 Shrimp not 8

I have sent a complaint to Popeye's website that I ordered 5 of their $4.99 diners which should had been 8 shrimp and got only 5 on each of the 5 orders... I went online and filed a complaint..It has been 6 days now and never have I heard back from them.. If you counted up the 20 shrimp and not crispy fries. Also I waited in line for about 5 minutes and only one person in line, and one waiting for an order in a seat.. It could have been the same night of or the next night I received a phone call (sounded to have Indian accent , Not Cajan) who said he represented Popeye's and asked me to review my complaint. He said that he was not the owner but "was told to contact me".

He promised to send me, after getting my home address a gift card for a free dinner(in my mind it should be for 5 dinners.. not sure what he thought, Now it is 8/14/13 and never got what he promised..

Old chicken and dry red beans and rice rude service

7-22-13 went to popeyes received old smelling and tasting chicken and very dry red beans and rice . decided to return it the person at window acted like she gave me new beans and rice but it was the same when i noticed it she came to window screaming whats wrong with that imagine gave me the same beans and rice i gave her the first time the manager finally got it right i called news station on them .will not be going back.that was the worst experience ive had with popeyes after i got the foo didnt want to eat it.i suggested the worker at the window be reprimanded.

it says on the receipt call within two days and do the survey and the validation code is valid with store number, date, amount spent and day of visit.. call within two days if not you get a non-valid code after that!!

No Complaint Response

I have made 3 complaints about the Popeye's in North Haven, CT. The WEB site is totally useless and no one at Popeye's reads it. It is there to appease customers into believing they have Customer Service. Let's see on the last visit to get chicken tenders there is a 30 to 60 minute wait! That is ridiculous. There is not a tourist bus that gobbled up all the chicken nor long lines so what happened? Last visit there were no chicken Tenderizers at all. Previously the had no spicy chicken tenders. The employees seem very pleasant but a total lack of management experience. If the owner does not step in soon and do something this newly opened Popeye's will face closure. I have seen people walk out in disgust. When you serve just chicken, mild or spicy, and you can't even get that correct then you are doomed. E-mail contact with Popeye's is a total joke. Don't be duped! You will never get to them with their web site e-mail.

No reply to coupon offer and no way to contact directly

On 8 Jul I visited a Popeye's and my receipt mentioned participating in a survey, after which I would be e-mailed a validation code for a 2 pc meal. The same afternoon I completed the survey and await the validation code. I went to the company web site and tried to fill in their "experience" form and repeatedly received a message to "Tell us about your experience", though there was no text entry box to do so. So, now after holding up my end of the bargain, I have no validation code and no way to contact them, other than by phone, which is not worth the effort to spend more time on this.

Long Line and no chicken

I went to Popeyes on 6-25-2013 at the Scott location and when I arrived at the window I was there for ten minutes and no one asked for my order t be taken. I drove up and waited in line for forty five minutes when finally one of the employees came out after I was the third person in line and stated to me after they already took the first person order that there was no more chicken. I am very disappointed in the service that I received today from this location. The outside of the building was very trashy and smelly. One of the employees was on her personal phone for twenty minutes instead of attending to the customers that was in the dining area. They have very poor customer service skills

You were dissatisfied with the service you received, so then you decide to take it further and "trash" the appearance and odor of the outside of the building. By doing this you became "trash" yourself. How do you know for sure that the employee was on her personal phone, and IF she was, did it occur to you that she might have been on break?

Never Work At Popeyes!

I used to work for this place. I had Graduation one Friday night, and that Saturday I had a REALLY bad sunburn so I couldn't go in, well they fired me for that! For 3 out of the 5 months I was the ONLY white person there, and then an old employee came back as a "part time manager" and I was having all sorts of problems. I will NOT recommend Popeyes as an equal job opportunity to ANYONE! They're racist, and I will never eat there again! I am now out of a job, and behind on my bills. I am severely pissed. No one should have to go through this.

DRY, OLD CHIX & RIDICULING STAFF

I recently visited store #2419 and was disheartened to be again let down, by the poor quality and customer service.Upon my arrival home my chicken was cold, dry and old. This was extremely frustrating; therefore, I decided that I was going to return this product immediately. When I arrived inside store #2419, I immediately asked for the manager. I showed her what she packed in my boxes and stated I want my money back. I also said that I couldn’t understand why this Popeyes always has issues. Issues like dirty looking employees, disgusting old and dry food and management that is nonchalant as it relates to customers. I typically frequent the Popeyes in Griffith, Indiana on 452 W. Ridge Road, is one of the best in the region. The manager at #2419, looks at me and says, “if you wanted fresh chicken, you should have asked.” WTW!!! My reason for writing you is to say this, who goes to a restaurant expecting to receive old food? Why does a customer need to say I want fresh chicken in order to get fresh food for their money. Never go to store #2419!!!!!

I just frequented this store with my wife and I never had the chance to order because the store was filthy and the customer service was terrible they acted nasty with us and as I asked that the lobby please be cleaned the manager demanded that we leave before he called the cops! I will NEVER go there again to eat but I do have certification for food service safety and sanitation so it is my job to report such an establishment and I will do so Sincerly,Karl
