Customer complaint

Went to Popeyes on Barra Boulevard Ave., Baltimore Maryland where did the drive-through order nuggets was told that I had to pull forward I sat in my car for almost 20 minutes so I parked my car away into the restaurant I was standing there I observed everybody doing filling orders but I noticed that everybody was touching everything the boxes the paper that the food is put on and nobody was wearing gloves I then saw the manager which was work at the drive-through after touching dirty money proceeds to touch the paper that you put in the boxes with no gloves I immediately asked him if he was the manager and he said yes and I said what I want my money back everybody should be wearing gloves and nobody is wearing gloves I always go to the drive-through and never into the restaurant I was appalled by how hot it was in there I immediately started to sweat the outside of your building looks like its falling apart is not maintained but thats really not the issue they ship is that nobody is wearing gloves and they are touching stuff that the FOODS side and they cross contaminate everything it was everything thats going on in the world all these new diseases and stuff like that they should at least be wearing gloves I will never ever eat food from that location ever. Ever again your manager is young and acted like he didnt care he didnt even say sorry or nothing he just stopped over to the cash register and pulled out some money ahead of it to me and said not one word to me they have very very poor customer service over there if I didnt mention it before it is the Popeyes or Maret Boulevard and Dundalk Maryland and your website does not work at least the one I was on before I work. I work at White marsh Mall and I go to the Popeyes in the food court everyone there is wearing gloves always so I will be going to that one I work for the food it is true for almost 20 years and everybody that works back of the house of Eddy kind of food establishment has always wore gloves

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Incomplete Order
i paid for a 2pc combo with mac&cheese, Hawaiian punch, and nuggets. I did not receive the mac&cheese that I paid for. i called the store twice and received voice mail. I want a refund!!!

Sanatary issues

I waited in line for an hour for a sandwich and two drinks and the line was super long. I got up to the window to pay and I see a man tossing a chicken back in forth with his bare hands and he handed it to the girl that had the bread and she put it in my bag and I told them make a new one and they did not. They gave me the one that he tossed around. The bread was broken in half and so was the chicken. I threw it away. I was so disturbed. They did not give me a receipt. I paid 11 for this meal.

General manager rude cursing me out on video did not give me refund food or receipt

Waited 15 mins still did not receive food or refund general manager JEANETTE told me that I will wait until she is done talking for her to acknowledge me when I walked in store I said HELLO NO ONE SPOKE BACK the GENERAL MANAGER Continued to curse and yell I left with no refund and my CHILDREN NO DINNER

Manager and guy manager newbies suck

This is for the Popeyes located on Kings Canyon and peach in Fresno California Corporate you need to get Mary back as your manager and let go of this new lady that you have which I think her name is Melissa she is a *** she do not know how to run the store correctly And you also need to get back one of your great employees he is a black guy wear glasses and has a lot of hair I hardly ever see him in the store now since Mary is not manager he knew how to get the orders out he could basically run every shift in that store plus Melissas position every since Mary left the food is terriable Give Madi the manager position make the black guy Assistant Manager or lead you need to handle your business right if you dont that store will crumble and die because she do not know what the *** shes doing this used to be my favorite restaurant to go to but now since I hardly see the two people that could get orders out fast and and efficiently are hardly ever there which is Madi and the black guy with the glasses ira and if something dont get done I will complain to an even higher source this was one of the stores that knew how to cook chicken and get your order out efficiently but since you have replaced the lady name Mary with this other manager you guys suck and sorry it has nothing to do with the crew is everything to do with the manager that you have replaced Mary with get it together.

Ad for $6 Big Box stars that I can get 2 signature pieces of chicken or 3 tenders, but the manager said that I cant get tenders!

Horrible visit

11/12/2022 I visited this location to try it out one more time with my grand kids once again loud music with profanity the same Caucasian manager there entertaining this environment it was very uncomfortable I will not be returning until better management this was around 845 pm

Didn’t get my Check

I didn't get paid for my week in the hole I started on 9/13/2022 and put in two weeks notice for being treated unfairly by some of my coworkers, I put in two weeks notice 10/20/2022 yet work a full week during that time I was given 173.00 for that week I worked but she didn't honor the two weeks notice I was fired the day I came back from my off day my boss said she didn't have to honor the two weeks notice so she told me to leave therefore I still have a paycheck due thanks

This has been the 4th time eat in & take out we've paid for all white

Meat & received a leg / thigh . Sometimes no sides with the meal..and hubby always orders extra fries, & they've been missing! Lunch today a worker came by us & asked if we were enjoying our meal. We both said no . Instead of her asking how she could help, she moved passed us to clean tables. I doubt if we'll be back...& It's our favorite chicken. The Popeyes was in Hopkinsville, Ky. Be prepared to wait to be waited on!!!

Very dissapointed,disappointed, as a business owner I think that the owner should know what I saw today

To the owner I just want to say I stopped going to your restaurant months ago because service was just horrible inside or out it didn't matter,but my wife still loves it but the problem is she never goes to get so she don't have to deal with the issues...today 20 minutes ago,I just got back from a 45 min wait in the drive thru line to get a 2 can dine,many people pulled out of the line and left,so when I finally get to the window she ask me to repeat my order ,I did the sides were mash potatoes and Cole slaw,after I paid I look at the register for the dine in guest and there are 6 people standing around talking doi g absolute nothing well she brings my order (which was orders that people got tired of waiting and drove off I know this because the chicken was definately not fresh,not warm and it was all wings and was supposed to be mixed,she gave me rice instead of mashed potatoes,I didn't notice until I was home...not bad right? But as an owner here's what's gonna get you *** UP,as I'm eating the Cole slaw there's a wad of clear plastic paper at the bottom after I'm half through eating now just thinking about for a moment...I predict that you will end up in a lawsuit before long if you don't make some changes,but dont take my word for,I'm just a disgusted customer that you will never have to hear from again,I promise...
