Pissed customer

Drive through window manager Franklin KY. Told ME WHAT I SHOULD DO..? Excuse me! I'm showing HER WHAT I CAN DO. I do not appreciate a Manager telling ME as a costumer what I should've done in an incident in drive through where a Big Septic tank truck or something was sucking out waste on the side of the Building, right beside drive through. So I went around him an his truck, An HE the Truck Driver motion for me to Come around, an EVEN told me wen to stop when I backed up to the window to get my food. (The Manager told me I SHOULD HAVE WAITED TILL HE WAS DONE BEFORE I CAME AROUND. ( I told her i do not appreciate HER telling ME what to do an to keep the food. I'll take MY MONEY ELSE WHERE.. &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; HAVE A NICE DAY!!!! ThankYou!

Bad order/customer service

I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. With mashed potatoes, and a Dr. Pepper. I got home to discover I got fries instead... Okay. People make mistakes, but took a drink of my Dr. Pepper to find it was a total imposter. Coke!!! Gross! I tried calling 9 times, and no one answered the phone. Not once.

The spread of covid

A drive thru cashier tested positive for covid in larose Louisiana and according to the CDC guidelines, the employees who were working with her need to quarantine for 14 days, but the store is still open and the employees are still working.

Bad food

we ordered ghost pepper wings and when we got and started to eat. We found the food cold and only half cooked.

User's recommendation: never eat at that place again. We have had problems there with food orders in the passed being wrong.

Horrible service

I went in to pick up food for my doordash and i stood there for 20 minutes and NO ONE helped me neither greeted me or anything! So i left after I tried to get someones attention and I just was ignored. I later had to come back to the same exact store located on Austin pea hwy and AGAIN stood there for 20 minutes and no one helped me so i got the attention of one of the managers working the front register who was moving EXTREMELY slow and he caught a disgusting attitude and i told him maybe he should attend to ALL HIS CUSTOMERS BEFORE GOING BACK TO DOING WHATEVER HE WAS DOING. Ive worked PLENTY of fast food so im VERY hip on how the customer service is VERY IMPORTANT AND THEY SUCK AT IT. Truly ridiculous especially coming from a *** manager

Complaint against an employee.

I placed my order and the man was yelling at me and was disrespectful. And when I got to the window I asked the man why was he so angry. He informed me that it wasnt him but the man fixing the order. And the younger man came to the window and began yelling again- saying he hadnt yelled. The manager or asst. manager tried to get if front of him to calm the employee, but he continued to argue with me and YELL. I then made the decision to leave the food. I REFUSE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING WHERE DISRESPECT IS TOLERATED!!!

Unprofessionalism of a manager and dm

Don’t love that customer service from Popeyes

Received a gift card and the restaurant informs me that they wont honor it unless it was bought at that particular restaurant. Ive never heard of such a thing?! How do I know where it was bought? It was a gift! Numerous calls and emails and no one can help me. No one calls back even though they take all your information. Really leaves a BAD taste in your mouth!

Customer service

I'm a uber eats partner. I went to the location at 87th and stony island in Chicago to pick up a customer's order actually two orders. I checked with the young lady that was at the register she said okay. Maybe 10 to 15 minuets went by i asked were the orders ready a young lady by the name of Amera told me that i needed to get in line very rudely. I proceeded to ask her what was she talking about i did check in. She then proceeded to make a noise with her mouth and called me a *** sucker, but and a *** I'm very sure that this is not the behavior and the ethics that you guys uphold. The manager Alana I asked to speak to her mind you she was on the back side dropping chicken when the young lady was saying all these things to me. The manager did absolutely nothing. After the manager got done dropping her chicken she came to speak to me i asked her could she write down the name of her employee she stated to me that she could not write anything down for me. At this point I'm in total shock. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. Have written corporate, called corporate tommow going to see store manager. Stop hiring Lil Mama pleaseee there are very professional people looking for jobs that will provide the necessary skills. But im taking this to the top! Making HOMOFOBIC COMMENTS REALLY!!! These people are sick! Smh popeyes..

Rude managers

I work for postmates. I went to pick up the order and i was trying to explain to the manager at the griffin location on 16 that it was a postmates order and what i needed and she closed the window in my face.

Popeyes Chicken in Port Saint Lucie Florida has gone from the best to the worst location in just a couple of weeks

Twice in the last few weeks I've bought chicken from popeyes and it was so dried out I had to take it back . The first time I couldn't believe what I was looking at when I opened the box. The chicken was so dried out that I could not cut it with a knife , and I mean "Literally couldn't cut it" ! I took it back and the manager made them replace it with fresh chicken . Today was the same thing but I checked the chicken before I left the store. When I showed the person I assume was the acting manager at the time she told the girl that had sold it to me to throw it out and give me fresh chicken. I glanced at the chicken when I got to the car and the pieces on top seemed okay but when I got home all the smaller pieces were on the bottom and dried out. This popeyes used to have the best chicken you could buy but that sure has changed in a big way. And after this I don't think I'll be going back and that's a shame because I do love popeyes chicken.

User's recommendation: If you buy a box of takeout chicken from the Port Saint Lucie popeyes take a good look at it before you leave so you don't get home with a bunch of inedible chicken.
