Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Deal Review from Plano, Texas

We had been going to the popeyes restaurant in central Plano on 15th street for a couple years now, the food is great but the service is not pleasant. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order and serve you the food. And yesterday when we went by for lunch, they refused to serve us, calling me a liar, saying that I didn't call the survey number on the back of the receipt, just made up a number, so they will not giving me the deal! What kind of **** is that????!!!! I work in retail and if I would talk to a customer like that, I would be fired so fast! Unbelievable!
