Wait time is ridiculous
Worst Popeyes ever east state street in rockford il they never got it together been coming here two years if I didnt live So far from other one I would go there if they close this location I wouldnt even care

Horrible Seevice
Waited in line for 43 minutes to order. Got up to order and was told they dont have the 10pc family meal that was advertised all over there building! How do you not have chicken at Popeyes chicken.

Waiting half an hour for food said some bad words and everything 7-8 people working no hot chicken waited 30 minutes and then was told will wait 30 minutes every time what type of people you got working at 3401 E Ave Nw

I received the wrong order and the manager wouldn’t correct it without a charge
I ordered a 4 piece combo and I was told I would get two breast and two wings which is also on the receipt. I got back to work and it was 3 wings and 1 breast. I dont even eat the wings so when I called the manager he said he would only fix it for an up charge. I am a nurse and my break was limited and he took all my time which will definitely affect my work performance from his uncompromising attitude.

They are nasty your you meal in drive throu, and they give me wrong food, I asked the clerk do they have a certain chicken and he said he not sure .they new management
They don't care what they give you in drive threw. The manager she doesn't help at all, can't understand her. I asked clerk if they had a certain chicken he said he wasn't sure, and I said why are you working here if you don't he didn't answer. So you see need new manager, I even talk to my friends.

I sent a friend to get me 3 chicken strip He never thought to check what they gave him. It turned out to be the spicy strip I DON'T LIKE THE SPICY So I called the store where he bought them A young girl answered, I asked 3 times for a Manager, finally she said she was the manager but in the background I could hear 2 other girls laughing ...That's when I knew she was lying to me I don't want to see her fired...but a reprimand would work And I would like to have the food replaced Thank you
