Store and manager complaint

Me and a friend visited Store# 8505 and received very poor customer service from the cashier named Maria and the Store Manager names Laura. Our initial visit was to purchase a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a side of Macaroni and Cheese and a side order of Green Beans, and an order of Popcorn Shrimp and a side of Red Beans and Rice And 2 cinnamon apple pies. While we waited to have our order taken, we noticed a lot of Horseplaying and also that the Manager was Horseplaying around with them and allowing it. I gave Maria my order and Paid for it and she then stated, AFTER I PAID FOR THE ORDER, that there we no more Chicken Sandwiches or Macaroni and Cheese. Upon us asking for a refund, the manager Laura hesitated to Understand that we no longer wanted to order nor eat at this location and proceeded to refuse the refund. After she went ahead and refunded us the money on our card, I asked how long of a timeframe it would take to appear back on my card and she replied, I DONT KNOW. I then asked for her name and she told me Laura, but what I felt most disrespected about was that she SPELLED IT OUT TO ME AS IF I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO SPELL. This is not acceptable and its hard for me to believe that she is able to act out in such if a manner thats NOT RESPECTFUL to the customers. Jacksonville University location the worst store

No given biscuit, BBQ, and ranch with our two meals. Ghost chicken overcooked to bark and burnt. Its always hit or miss there, but don't have time in the drive through to open everything to make sure the got it right and dud the job....

Rude and unsatisfied service

Have signage up for 11 piece family meal , I order they say don't have 11 piece meal available, but acknowledge signage but says it not available but they have 10 piece with everything 11 piece has but it is 2 dollars higher, so drove off went to another Popeyes few miles away ordered same 11 piece special had no problem , somebody trying to pull a fast one.

User's recommendation: don't go to hwy158 @ interstate 65 saraland Popeyes, go to one on hwy 43 saraland, Alabama.

Order messed up

This is like the 3rd time in my last 4 trips to this location that my order has been incorrect. The 1st item I ordered was a chicken sandwich &;;;;;;;;;;; regular size mashed potatoes were never received. When I checked my receipt the chicken sandwich was not even on it .. however I was charged for the mashed potatoes. I have called this location 6 times in the last hour trying to speak to a manager but I got a busy signal every time .. very frustrating.

Complaint

Social distancing rules were not being enforced by the employees.

User's recommendation: Just stand your ground if they ignore you like they did me. We all are responsible for being safe and adhering to the rules of social distancing and ppe to assure the health and safety of everyone. Just consider my health as much as I consider yours and wear your ppe.

I was not given what I ordered and paid for. Insufficient side dish, spicy instead of mild and 4 strips vs 5. Called and talked to manager. Told me to come back the same meal. I did, and he wanted to give me one strip and side dish. He got enjoyment out of angering us and another employee (female) had to step in because she realized that he was bullying us. This guys name was Tyler.

User's recommendation: Check your food to make sure it is correct before leaving. 80% of the time something is wrong or missing.

Complaints about food

Popeyes food was not fresh nor did they have side items which I ordered chicken was really dry. After I waited in the drive thru for over 45 mins for terrible food.

Horrible service

35 minutes to get to the takeout window and the order wasn't ready? REALLY?! There were only 4 cars in line! The woman at the window could barely make change. It's not like we ordered anything outrageous-2 spicey chicken sandwiches and 2 sides. Your food is very good, but your customer service is horrible. Spend the time to train your employees. Judging from the reviews I've read, your management team is a very large part of the problem.

Very rude and disrespectful

As me and my wife were ordering food the cashier that was taking our order stopped to answer her cell phone call while there were customers behind us in the store.very unprofessional.i believe a free meal for both me and my wife would be acceptable.

Waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes

I ordered my food, drove up and paid for it they asked me to pull up and someone would bring me my food. I waited for 20 minutes I did not get my food i tried calling while i was waiting nobody would answer the phone. I thought about going in but I was concerned for my safety. I left without my food.

Arrived at the restaurant to pickup my online order and they didnt have any of the items I ordered and paid for. They couldnt give me a refund because I ordered and paid thru your app. I need a refund and you can contact the store and they will let you know I didnt receive no food at all.
