Verified Reviewer New ReviewerManagement is a HUGE part of the problem and need toi be "restructured" themselves. My team was once told by a Manager that he reserved the right to curse us out if we "deserved" it.
A lot of the staff who are normally kind and polite to customers are being verbally abused and harassed by management in a daily hostile work environment only to turn around and be abused by customers. Hard to be friendly and patient when you are being put in a war zone everyday and expected to grin and bear it.
The staff needs better rights and mercy from all the jerks they deal with daily. They are only human.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was refunded but it Took months.
They were not prompt. I had to make 10 complaint's before getting my money..
