Terrible service

I waited in the drive threw for over 36 mins when finally making it to place my order I was asked to then hold again ,walk in customers received faster service smh then they told n me I couldnt use my coupon smh after waiting so long and couldnt even us it the manager was rude the food was old overall bad experience the employees are young n playful and doesnt has business ethic I want a refund

Complaint ignored

Just trying to see when someone is going to reach back out to me regarding these two complaints. I have not only stopped frequenting this location myself but also have time friends and family members to stop as well. At the end of the day consumers are the reason businesses thrive. Without us there is no business.

Can’t reach an actual us customer service rep

So I originally ordered through door dash yesterday I recieved and call from a bristow va number +1 (57*) 762-**** so called John clearly of Hindu decent meaning broken English told me Popeyes policy is I have to retain food for 24 hrs and not get ride of it . I was sent carbonated water instead of sprite and food was to rough to eat original manager ray said it wasnt his problem ! This so called customer service guy John said he did t work for Popeyes yet he was going to have district manager contact me ???? When I demanded to speak to his boss he said I am the super boss still no refund

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Popeyes store number 5738 on dominion Blvd and don’t expect a English speaking customer service rep to refund you.

I was charged for nothing

I place a order and realized it was going to the wrong address less than a minute I cancel and reorder to the right address and my money was still taken out I got my cancel order receipt but the money was still taken out if my money havent add to my account I will get the bank involved 19.58

Complaints about food

Popeyes food was not fresh nor did they have side items which I ordered chicken was really dry. After I waited in the drive thru for over 45 mins for terrible food.

Complaining about worker

Then worker at store number 2146 was rude he snitch my money out my hand throw my food to me I ask for a manger and he said there wasnt a manger there then the lady that was standing next to him at the time came back to the window to say she was the manger she got mad at me and call me a *** that very unprofessional she needs to be fired and he does to she stood there and let him be rude then turn around and was disrespectful herself

This restaurant has the worst wait time to pick up food.

I pick up orders to deliver to popeyes customers. I had a order that was supposed to be picked up at 4:35 pm. I got to the restaurant at 4:24 pm. I was given the food to deliver at about 5:15 pm

COVID 19 Cases

Went to drop our son off for work Saturday (7/4/2020) they said most staff members called out, so they were closed, our son is handicapped, they have my wife's cell # which no one called. Fast-forward to yesterday (7/5/) when I dropped him off the store was still closed another employee came out and said two employees tested positive for COVID 19 and the store would be closed at least for 2 weeks, they never gave our son his paycheck, so we went by today to pick it up and no-one was there. WHY didn't anyone from management call us?? That store has been run very poorly since it recently opened, our son was treated great by the 1st management team which left the company and the New GM and asst manager treat him very disrespectfully always talking down to him. This culture needs to change or this store will close permanently. There is no sign posted saying that the store is closed. There were people in the drive through waiting to order when we stopped today.
