It was something black in the bottom of my daughter's cup she's pregnant and the restaurant put her on hold and did not come back to the phone

The popeyes on Roosevelt rd in Maywood Illinois is absolutely the worst one in Illinois. Today was the last straw i will never go that one again. Its 130pm and they told we don't have chicken ready and it will.take 1 hour. They never get your order and the employees don't seem to care. The worst group of employees ever. A few years back this location seemed ok. It is simply a joke. They should be ashamed of themselves but i think are to unaware to realize it.

No product Tooooo often they are out of product. If is not chicken, is fries If is not fries is chicken And when they have both then food is not acceptable. Believe me I'm a GM for a fast food and I understand running out of product every now and then but this particular fast food it seems to be toooo often

To Whom it May Concern, Im an upcoming officer in the United States Air Force Intel department &; a business owner. And I have received one of the most disruptive and baffling experiences in fast food. In normal circumstances I would call and give praise for employees because I know that they deserve to be recognized for all the hard work that they do. And more importantly, it drives their spirits for hope and perseverance within their work. It adds to the face of the company because they are always the face the we will see, in additionally, may be applied further inserted to the positive contribution to the business. I wish this was one of those cases :( Its extremely disheartening that when I left this establishment I was a bit afraid for my life. A simple order that had a discrepancy did not get corrected and the manager told me in a hostile and boastful manner that it was my fault the order was not correct. I was baffled and bewildered b/c I did convey and/ or specified my order; however, she said verbatim Im not about to do that. I couldnt understand when I spent my money there that I was supposed to get what I ordered but I didnt. I didnt get the managers name b/c another employee lied and said she was one (but I could tell she wasnt due to clothing and her tag) So there wouldnt be any escalation (because I didnt know what to do b/c she just took my money and didnt care) I called customer service. I didnt get my order corrected; nor did I get any money back because I was to afraid to go back. It really alarms me that she could be a manger considering everything that going on because I own a business and we need to support each other and not tear one another apart by taking. Businesses are supposed to simulate and support in togetherness; However, all I want to do is tell people it is not safe to go to this establishment. In all honesty, I really hope that you guys take care of this issue because in essence, if not - due to these times, you could possibly lose money due to additional fear. st Respectfully,

Went too different Popeye's and the service was not good. They go my orders wrong 07/26 and on the 07/27.

User's recommendation: Let people know if the chicken that is order is not available.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal, spicy mixed, large cajun rice and large mashed potatoes, via drive-thru on my way home from work. This Popeyes is located on 1000 Market Place Blvd in Irving, Texas 75063, and upon arrival to my home, where I had family waiting for dinner, as I was preparing the plates, I realized that my 4 biscuits that come with the family meal weren't included! This was a big inconvenience to me and my family, given that this Popeyes is literally right down the street from my job.

User's recommendation: "Please double-check your order before leaving the parking lot!".

Social distancing rules were not being enforced by the employees.

User's recommendation: Just stand your ground if they ignore you like they did me. We all are responsible for being safe and adhering to the rules of social distancing and ppe to assure the health and safety of everyone. Just consider my health as much as I consider yours and wear your ppe.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken, with red beans and rice and mashed potatoes. The lid was not placed on the red beans, therefore it spilled in the bag. I went back and reordered the two side items, and the Manager Belinda, was disrespectful, and displayed disruptive behavior towards me.

User's recommendation: Please provide better service.

I was refused service when I ordered at the lake station indiana restaurant. I ordered 6 chicken sandwiches and was promptly told we are not making those for you when another customer right next to me ordered 8 sandwiches and was not told the same. Here is the difference I am a white man and the other customer was African American, as well as the entire staff of the restaurant. The restaurant is open 24 hours . So at this point I am filing a discrimination lawsuit against popeyes corporations considering obviously this type of behavior is representative of popeyes. I have been a longtime customer and after today NEVER AGAIN!!!!.

I visited the Elysian Fields store in New Orleans, and NO ONE handling the food had on a mask. I reported them to the City of New Orleans.

So this is not the first time .... I have to say at the Towne Centre location in Mesquite Texas, I have went there more than 6 times and ever time I go they are out of chicken sandwiches... I can see this happening once in a blue moon but not every time I go there. I wait in a line 10 deep to be told they are out of chicken sandwiches in a chicken place. You should be cashing in while COVID but you are unable to supply the customers with there choice of food ... wont be trying again. I have actual went to the Balch Springs store also and they are out!

The store manager told me to get my *** *** out of his store after the transaction was completed I was not a bad customer look at the video of his actions before I call a lawyer you have 24 hours to get back to me or you'll hear from a lawyer
