Looking for Popeyes on New Jersey Turnpike

We are traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike one through 18 on I 95 and Popeyes is not at any of the rest stop locations? What happened? All I see now its Roy Rogers. I dont like Roy Rogers I like Popeyes. Just wondering where you are on the New Jersey Turnpike?

Complaining about worker

Then worker at store number 2146 was rude he snitch my money out my hand throw my food to me I ask for a manger and he said there wasnt a manger there then the lady that was standing next to him at the time came back to the window to say she was the manger she got mad at me and call me a *** that very unprofessional she needs to be fired and he does to she stood there and let him be rude then turn around and was disrespectful herself

This restaurant has the worst wait time to pick up food.

I pick up orders to deliver to popeyes customers. I had a order that was supposed to be picked up at 4:35 pm. I got to the restaurant at 4:24 pm. I was given the food to deliver at about 5:15 pm

COVID 19 Cases

Went to drop our son off for work Saturday (7/4/2020) they said most staff members called out, so they were closed, our son is handicapped, they have my wife's cell # which no one called. Fast-forward to yesterday (7/5/) when I dropped him off the store was still closed another employee came out and said two employees tested positive for COVID 19 and the store would be closed at least for 2 weeks, they never gave our son his paycheck, so we went by today to pick it up and no-one was there. WHY didn't anyone from management call us?? That store has been run very poorly since it recently opened, our son was treated great by the 1st management team which left the company and the New GM and asst manager treat him very disrespectfully always talking down to him. This culture needs to change or this store will close permanently. There is no sign posted saying that the store is closed. There were people in the drive through waiting to order when we stopped today.

Refund, cant reach the GM

Ordered of popeyes website paid with credit card. Store was closed 4th of July. Called and tried to get refund. Got the runaround. I'm not happy

User's recommendation: Before ordering call and make sure store is open since they don't post on their website. Terrible customer service.

Issue with store

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Issue with store
Store closed 50 minutes before posted hours. This store is ruining your business. I was in the drive-thru and no one came to speaker. There were 5 other cars behind me. So i pulled to window were i observed an employee on her telephone and the manager counting down the register. At that time the employee mouths "we closed" and turned away. I went next door to the KFC, which had a line wrapped around the building and ordered my chicken. Needless to say, that I don't like KFC, but I was buying a meal for my family in town for the weekend.

Horrible service

35 minutes to get to the takeout window and the order wasn't ready? REALLY?! There were only 4 cars in line! The woman at the window could barely make change. It's not like we ordered anything outrageous-2 spicey chicken sandwiches and 2 sides. Your food is very good, but your customer service is horrible. Spend the time to train your employees. Judging from the reviews I've read, your management team is a very large part of the problem.

Badd customer service

The man that brought my chicken order was rude to me because i said thank you he turned to walk away and i said it again.he turned back and yelled at me said he had said it but because of his flimsy paper mask i couldn't hear him! His lips didn't even move under the mask he said nothing! He was rude and shouldn't be in customer service

Extremely Bad drive thru service

They did not give me the recipient for my order. I asked for it numerous times. They told me the receipt paper was running out. So I told them I would wait for them to put new paper in. They continued working while I sit watching. Then I asked again, and they told me that someone threw my receipt away, and that if I really wanted it, that I would have to come back and get it, because they are really busy and don't have time to get it for me. I asked them why come they lied, and told me that the receipt paper was out, when I sit watching them give every single customer their receipt. Then they actually told me that noone was getting a receipt, but yet it was another lie, because like I said I sit, and watched them give numerous customers their receipt. The reason I think they want give me my receipt is because they charged me for my free 2piece and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink, along with the another dinner, and sides that I order with it. They were being extremely trying to avoid me in order to not give me my receipt. I always do my surveys on the back of the receipt, and this is the first time I've had to deal with terrible employees. I don't know if I will be coming back to Popeyes again.

Poor customer service AGAIN

Went to popeyes in milwaukee WI location 16th st and national ave asked for spicu checked recipt it said mild told drive thru attendent I ordered spicy her response oh its just the reciept its really spicy this location is the worst group of staff ever we've given up too bad we loved the chicken but this is the third time they've screwed up our order were done
