Y'all need to do sum thing about the store n Hopkinsville ky cause it's bad

The service I have received at this store is absolutely horrendous. On multiple occasions I have had to deal with receiving the wrong order or coke food and had to deal with rude and disrespectful employees and managers.

Today I sat in the drive through line for over 30 minutes without a single employee even attempting to take my order or ask me to wait for a moment. When I took upon myself to pull to the window on my own I realized that the reason nobody answered me when I was at the drive through was that nobody in the restaurant was wearing a headset.

I was a kitchen manager for over 3 years and at 6 different locations for Zaxbys and I would never allow my employees to treat any customer that way or be disrespectful in any way shape or form without some form of discipline. There have been many many issues at this store and something needs to change because this is unacceptable.

Look this is getting real old I made a purchase on July 9th for the amount of $27.94 I was told my refund had been processed I've contacted yall over an over you told me contact my bank I did just that they told me no money been processed back to my bank account its going on 2 weeks an I still haven't received my refund I feel like I've been lied to I'm very pissed trying to figure out how long does it take for me to receive my refund yall keep contacting me an the matter still hasn't been resolved now you want me to write a 100 word paragraph when all I need to say is we're is my refund

Bad service!

Stores and customers service isn't worth dealing with and you need to leave Memphis get out of Memphis before I take the media to your stores and expose you all for trying to force people to use their cards. Some people don't have cards and they are driving off and y'all loosing alot of customers and money

I'm tired of trying to do this with you guys I just want to talk to somebody on the phone I was able to before I can't anymore but I had a bad experience Popeyes funded me a $20 discount coupon and it doesn't work in the store nobody can get it to work so I want that $20 and I want it put on my Popeyes app

NoI was totally ignoring cause I was asking questions about what I wanted to order and the cashier got aggravated and just totally ignored me, it was rude very unprofessional and the management is no better I still havent heard from anyone who represent Popeyes in a managerial position. Spoil meet

I was sold spoil meat yesterday on two 2 pieces combos. You can't go in because they are saying the air isn't working. I sat in drive thru for at least 30 minutes. You can't order until you get up to the window. They would not refund me my money. The guy said the manager wasn't there. The manager is scheduled to return on Monday 9/18/23.

Hi, I purchased a family meal at a local Popeyes establishment, requested a few sweet heat sauce and they want to charge me $.50 a piece!?!? I have purchased popeyes elsewhere and they NEVER charge me for a sauce, regardless of how many I asked. What kind of business are you guys running over there getting greedy with a simple sauce!? Unbelievable. Do something RIGHT about it please or you'll lose me as a loyal customer.

I went to Popeyes at 3109 e Indian school and they never have anything once I went n only thing they had was tenders. Then I go again their out of Mac n cheese then I got my food it was all cold .

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Service Complaint

On May 28, 2023, I purchased food from your store at 14920 Tamiami Trail in North Port FL, 34287. When I arrived home I found out that I did not receive everything I had paid for.

I did not return immediately because I knew the food I had would get cold and would not be replaced. After I finished eating, I went back to the store to get a refund for the item (coleslaw- $3.59) that I did not receive. The manager (Eric) refused to refund my money. His reasoning was, he needed the product back in order to refund my money.

My question to him was, how can I return an item I never got. All I want is a refund of the money I spent. He also informed me that corporate policy would not allow him to refund my money. It would appear to me that customer satisfaction would override corporate policy after looking at all of the negative reviews this store has gotten.

As someone who has worked in a Ritz Carlton, I know customer service overrides corporate policy.

Attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Report unsafe conditions for emplotees

The restaurant is located a Bladensburg Rd Washington DC N.E. 20018 and for the past few months the restrooms doesn't work and there is never any ice for the fountain drinks. When I asked to use the restroom as a customer for the Popeyes, the said that both restrooms are down. I than asked the manager how are the employees using the restroom facilities when it's time to go, she replied they all go across the street to my house to use the restroom. Now that is not good and /or sanitary. Furthermore why is there no working restroom even for the employees.
