1st time reaching out to your Corp. but we always have issues @ our only Popeyes in town.
Tonight was the normal response when wanting a 16 pc meal being told the wait is 25 mins. No problem even yet the employees are always not giving receipts, telling my family their atm & debit are down. They will ask us to go next door to a bank we dont even use to pay cash. However tonight, I waited the time, got food with no receipt, went back inside to ask for it, only to learn she gave me somebody elses receipt for a total of 22.55 when my meal was exactly 55.80 .
Get home, see that, & that we was given Mac & cheese thats down right gross, as is the chicken. I took photos & have ordered pizza now. This location does these things every time we attempt to eat there. Kept hoping employees would change but never have sadly.
Your Co. should send a secret stopper, its happening to everyone we know in our town now. They are running a crap show & stealing money from it. I promise you this is all true.
I did take hours too if you are interested.
Wrong receipt , & the food. HELP our location be better please!!

My daughter
Today marks 3 months that my daughter not only was just taken off schedule but she have yet to be paid I am beyond pissed with this companY because it was never this bad with how they do employees as of today February 23.24 my daughter is officially 3 months no check and its well over 400 dollars she worked ever day on time never late always gave her best to that job and they told me corporate doesnt talk to non working employees of the company I have been trying to get someones attention I have every document and every text message that was sent between me and the boos as well as phone call recordings of him ending my call and telling me corporate was sending her a check or a new card never came

I placed an order that cost me 143.00 and when I didnt receive all my food they wouldnt replace what they messed up. I was parked for more then 30 minutes they told me it would be 15 minutes and I waited much longer but me being me I waited over 30 minutes then when I received my food all my sides where wrong when I took the food back Mary who made sure to
Tell me she was in charge which I didnt care was rude and would not take back the sides that where wrong and didnt even want to replace them as if I didnt come and spend my hard working money she was very combative and unreasonable I would like for a refund because I went home with what they gave me which by the why was mash potatoes and I ordered the beans and rice and macaroni if this is how you up hold your business I feel sorry for you no consumer should feel belittled for asking for what we ordered i would like a whole refund because u didnt even the chicken wanted I asked for spicy and waited but got no spice this establishment is a joke and you should want todo better to your customers knowing this is how you make your money

First, not a soul at the Olney, MD location speaks English. I am not trying to be a bigot, but this is a problem.
And this has been this way for quite a while now.
Second, I tried to use a "$10 purchase, get 6 free wings" email, but no one at this store could understand me/figure out what to do. It was right there on my phone. Instead of using good customer service over this minor issue and just given me the wings, several people got involved, wasted everyone's time, and gave me nothing. It wasn't that big of a deal, but it became an issue of principal.
I had the email plain as day, and they wouldn't honor it, yet could not tell me why they wouldn't honor it.
I am done with Popeyes. Too many other choices that present none of the drama I have experienced with your company.
And I will be rating Popeyes on as many online platforms as I can find. Goodbye.
