They make it impossible to speak with a live person at their corporate phone number, they force you to fill out a lot of information, and still you can’t get no one, and their direct store phone rings, and then a automatic answering service has a message, stating no one can answer your call!!!!!!!! Help. My chicken is raw!

Please be careful, I bought the family meal for me and my daughter yesterday. Today i hearsay up two pieces and their uncooked. I cant get through on their telephone. No one is answering. I have to go through this in order to get in touch with corporate!!

Service

The popeyes in san marcos texas is the worst at getting order right. We have tried several times to get dinner there and the order is never right, when we contact the store we are given a run around so its not worth the fight. I worked fast food before and I can tell you there is no reason to mess up every time. Im finished with your restaurant and Kentucky fried chicken just got a new customer.

Food Made Me Sick

The bean and rice was sour and made me sick. Luckily I only ate a small amount. Popeyes, throw away old food. Dont serve it over the next three days!!

I went through the drive thru to the Popeyes at 725 11th Ct W, Birmingham, AL 35204. When the employee asked me to place my order, she left her speaker on and I could hear the conversation she was having on the inside about other employees and a LOT OF CURSING. She never took my order so I drove around to the window and she just looked at me and looked away. I asked her were they open and she never responded and someone I could not see yelled yes, we're open. So finally the young lady asked me what I wanted to order and I began to tell her the chicken nugget meal and she rudely interrupted me and said "We ain't got no chicken nuggets they all froze! This visit was very unprofessional and a waste of my lunch break. I am glad my grandkids were not in my car to hear the language they were speaking.

Bad chicken

I Bought 2-2 piece snacks spicy. 1 white box and 1 dark box. I spoke to retired meat/food inspector and he tells me that the fried chicken that was smoking hot was probably old chicken that was refried. THE MOST HORRIBLE CHICKEN THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. My thought is this Popeyes must be going out of business soon. This Popeyes use to be the best!!!! Even the original chicken sandwich was bad.

Customer complaint

Sadly had to call twice once to complain about the service in hope there could be some retaining. but that failed for the manager unprofessional manner decided to call me personally complain about my complaint had to callback let the team know about his behaver all over again with a new complaint no from retaining he needs to terminated

Disrespectful kids I asked for fresh chicken chicken came back and it was black it was Cold and it was no good .got food I did not even order I need to speak with someone they need to do some about them people up there because they are very disrespectful for no reason. and that time of night I will never order from that restaurant again I love Popeyes but Ill never order from them again I need it for $39 refund
