Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Complaint

Terrible customer service .. did an online order and went thru drive thru to pick.

Employee told me its not ready pull to front and wait. Waited 20 minutes went in .. nobody came to front counter to help. Went to car again waited another 20minutes then went in..

employee said I got you.. Gave me an order that wasnt mine.. I ordered 65.00 dollars worth of food.. I told her this is not my order..

she said sorry we just opened we cant do orders this big.. they opened at 10 am its now 11:15 am .. I said give me my money back.. Im not waiting any longer.

She said she cant because its an online order. I said then make my order.. its now 50 minutes since I ordered. She said they dont have Mac and cheese at this location.then why is it on your menu!

She gave me mashed potatoes instead not even filled up and coleslaw half full .. I was feeding 15 people with this order.. employee tossed the bag of food on counter to me..

worst food and customer service Ive ever experienced!!! I want my money back!!

Last time I ordered from them via Door Dash, I ordered the 12 piece chicken only. What I received was 1 breast, 2 thighs, two drums and SEVEN WINGS. Phoned to complain and suddenly no one there could speak English. Door Dash did refund my purchase, but I won't order from Popeyes ever again.

There was a huge altercation between employees when I was there this past Saturday at 12:45 period it was alarming and upsetting and caused customers to leave comma including the family with children period the fry man and the window girl were going at it Extremely Loud for 3 to 4 minutes using explicit language and multiple f-bombs. It took over a minute for the manager to even say anything. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with Popeyes and was told that someone would call me. I've not heard anything back

I arrived at the drive thru for your location on Las Vegas Blvd and Windmill and General Manager Kevin was very rude when placing my order at 9:40pm due to me being unable to immediately access my Mobile App Rewards Code. He yelled Oh my God! When I said I was not yet ready to order after being rushed within the first 3 minutes. I tried to pull up to the window then he refused to take my order or let me inside to order with someone else. I am a frequent customer of this location and he has been the worst employee this location has hired.

Yes they are rude everytime I go there even my kids they attitudes are nasty and they act like they dont like there jobs or wanna be there I dont understand they throw your food at you dont answer any questions when you ask them

Got bad spoiled food. Called manager next day to the location on Phelan in Beaumont. She hung up on me said they had customers to wait on inside. Act of congress to get through to corporate office. Only want to chat instead of talking to a live person. Still have not resolved issue. Poor service.

First thing is I have wait, which can be understandable sometimes, but then I am brought my food inside of another customers bag and here, here u go. Everyone in store 11811 needs to be fired. The drive-thur cashier is the only person bringing out peoples food when its about 7 people in the store. *** poor service.

Didn't receive all food after paying for it. Just wanted to get out of their. 59th Ave Northern location in Glendale. This is not the only time this has happened with different people. Need better training

Complaint

Your store at w125th st harlem is a disaster. The homeless harass customers and staff for money and food. There is a bad smell of sweat and urine. You're losing business because of it and I'm about to leave too which is a shame because I love the food. Please deal with this huge problem.

Received wrong product and was promised a replacement. When I went to get the replacement was told that wasn't possible. Tried call customer service and there's no resolution. I will never go back because of this
