Was at your Langley location yesterday at 2pm and was appalled to see the manager removing his mask to speak w staff.And when I collected my order two counter staff had theyre masks down under the chin when I mentioned it they laughed.Definately wont be returning,GROSS chicken was also deep fried way too long,disappointed in all ways

Wrong order again.Popeyes on Palmer lane

I placed an order ffg or a 10 piece mixed MILD.And two specials white .When I got home 30 miles away.I had all spicey.And only one white specail.This is the third location to get the order wrong I love your chicken.Lately horrible service.Someone needs to be in charge.

Mistreatment & Discrimination

Hi I am a new worker been there a month and I wanna file for unemployment if I can't get that I would like to file for unemployment I have been picked on for the last time and I'm a good worker I haven't been wrote up I haven't missed any days and I been there almost a month and half but today @1:00 pm I was told by mrs.doering my manager that I was nasty and I need to go home yet I remind you I have witnesses who will tell you she's been talking people she don't like working with me...why idk but I haven't been there long enough for you to say you don't like working with me and I was promised ful time hours and after she told everyone she doesn't like working with me I only get 2 days under 20 hours I will like to file a report or file for unemployment I been missed treated and the crazy thing is I was supposed to get off at 2 o'clock but end up leaving a hour early she's very rude and she talks about me to people behind my back so as a employee I was tryna do it the right way because I'm not from here I have a son who has a mental problem and I'm staying with my sister...I can't take care of my son if I don't have any money so please can someone contact me @ 318-738-**** thank you and my name is John Williams

Credit Card Fraud

I purchased food at the 111 W. 75th Street, Chicago IL, on Monday June 15th, 2020, approximately 1:45 p.m. ( Drive-Thru) I was greeted by a black woman with uniform and hat to match . I placed my card on the drive thru ledge . She asked me to back up to the garbage can and re- approach the drive up window , which I did. She then handed me 2 lemonades and my receipt and ask me to park in the section to wait for my food. ( I totally forgot and She never returned my card . When I arrived home , the following purchases had been made : Popeyes $15.59 Popeyes $20.21 Popeyes $27.86 Falcon fuel $20.00 Xfinity prepaid $45.00 Happy Liquor $91.24 Boost Mobile $200.00

Want my money back and company to think about this employee who will continue to harm customers with this practice.

Person I talked to was just as bad as the people that worked in the store .. 4 time 1 month no chicken but it's a chicken place I call she said we will call them is there any thing else .. like ok

Unsanitary conditions

The store at 3209 Dean's Bridge Rd. employees are smoking marijuana. Is there any drug testing in popeye's restaurants? That is disgusting. But as usual they will let the employees continue this behavior. Managers fraternize with the people they supervise and develop favorites which lead to unfair treatment of other subordinate employees.

Never received food I payed for

I recently ordered on the Popeyes app and never received my order And it said it delivered through DoorDash we contacted the DoorDash guy he told us they said they never had my order, and he said he couldn't do anything and then I contacted DoorDash they told me they couldn't really do anything because my money and order went directly to Popeyes and I tried to call Popeyes they never answered and it said they weren't receiving any calls right now. So I am just so irritated that I didn't Get my food nor my money back. And I wouldn't want to go to the store and say something to them because its always disrespect and getting mad towards customers because I have been there before and so have Other people I know, and they say the same thing. I just need my refund.

I ordered on the Popeyes app and it said it delivered through DoorDash and I never received my food that I paid for or at least my money back. We called the DoorDash person he told us that he went there, and they said they didn't have my order, and he said that he couldn't do anything about it, and we contacted DoorDash they told us that we had to contact Popeyes because my order and money went directly towards them. I'm very upset I didn't receive anything. And I tried to call the Popeyes store and it goes straight to their voice mail saying they are not receiving calls right now, I called last night after this all happened and right now and it says the same thing.

Mobile order charged but not filled

My online order was accepted and my credit card was charged even though the store was closed!! I was charged a tip for the delivery driver, which was not refunded. It is not my fault that the order was accepted, said it was being prepared, and assigned a delivery driver. I am out of that money because it still has not been refunded. I suggest that you dont screw over your customers this way. It was your fault that the order was accepted through the app even though the location was closed. This money should also be refunded!

I waited inline for 20 minutes then they try to give me someone else food after I told them that the person drove off. When I got my food I was missing an item they said they didn't have after they told me they did. I order two spice chicken sandwiches they gave me classic I had to get back in line for them to give me the right sandwich. When, I got home the onion rings were burnt they still have me the wrong sandwich. Instead of them trying to work they were playing and joking around plus holding conversation with people in the drive thru that they know. This was the 2nd time that they had messed up my order the 1st time I dealt with it but this time no I will not deal with it. I spent almost $20 for my food just so that they could mess it up no. Plus I didn't even eat the food because I will be taking it back today I don't care if it was yesterday It was 9:45pm,and they still had a line and was still acting like kids playing at the window.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - App, I need a refund for items I didn't receive
Arrived at the restaurant to pickup my online order and they didnt have any of the items I ordered and paid for. They couldnt give me a refund because I ordered and paid thru your app. I need a refund and you can contact the store and they will let you know I didnt receive no food at all.
