Bad customer service

I waited in line for 30 minutes to get to the window for the night time manager to tell me they were closed n never came back to window Im blocked in so I had to wait then he comes out back door with garbage starts yelling were closed he was very rude I started backing up n hit the curb he started laughing so I asked for corporate number he started laughing n took his hand and acted like he was jacking himself off telling me to suck his penis I felt so disrespected I took n little paper cup from Mx Donalds I had earlier and thru it towards him it hit the door as he ran in he then took a broom and busted my back window out of my Mercedes I am so mad dont know who to contact went n talked to owner n he said he would get in contact with me so when I didnt hear from him I went back up there they tell me the guy said he didnt do it I think there should b video help what to do contact an attt I already filed a report

Unsatisfied with my order

My order was not correct. First off the server was talking over me to the people who ordered before me from across the room. Half-way through my order she asked the people behind me what they wanted. I told her I wasn't done ordering and continued ordering. We have always loved Popeye's since someone took me to one in California over twenty years ago. I ordered your special chicken sandwich with mayonnaise on the side since they tend to put a lot on it. Yes, I received it dry but no mayonnaise on the side. The sandwich was not juicy like it normally is, it was not freshly made and seemed as if it had been sitting there for quite some time. I live on a limited income so it was a special treat to go to Popeye's. I am asking for a refund of $20.25, or a meal of two special sandwich combos and an order of 6 biscuits.

Never has food

The Hispanic supervisor, because she cant be the manager of the restaurant. Told me that it would take 30 minutes for a shrimp combo. Told me that they didnt have any food at all that they needed to cook more. She didnt want to give me her name she just didnt say anything after that. No apology for her bad service. Two thumbs down.

User's recommendation: Mrs Tammy does a wonderful job. The Hispanic supervisor or manager she has the problem, always mad if she doesn’t like her job , then she needs to quit.

Store complaints and rude managers

This one of the most frustrating issues I've had to deal with in many years. The location took our order online and our money. When picking up the order the man behind the window just said they were temporarily closed. I tried to explain to him that we ordered, and they processed my payment. He did not want to hear it and just walked away from the drive through window. Another young lady came to the window and asked if she could help. I explained the same thing and she said the order will be soon. Then the guy came back again and said we need to leave. My wife started getting frustrated and asked what is going on and how do we get our refund. Then my son was asking to let us know who to call.The man behind the counter told my wife to shut up and let him talk. Well as any husband would do i became pretty upset and he knew it. Then he said we need to leave or he was calling the police. I told the employee no worries i'll be glad to call them. During that time we were on the phone with what they call the corporate office for complaints. They have been as helpful as the guy we dealt with at the location. The response that i was given today is they're busy and may take 3 to 4 days. Did i mention that the to other employees that were at the location were a young African American and a Hispanic lady. Both looked to be scared of this white man who obviously was the manager on duty. Lastly, my wife is Hispanic,and she's the one he told to shut up. I've already addressed the customer complaint again and request that someone call me back or i'll have to make a call to the news to see if they can get something done. All this over $48 and a supervisor that could not do his job.

I ordered at 4:11 pm, left at 5:30 pm. I ordered 12 pieces of spicy and 8 pieces of mild I wanted all dark meat. The cashier said 20 minutes I told her ok. At 5:10 I told her I been waiting for an hour she said the girl is going to do it now. She started to do my order she put my 8 and 12 pieces mild without saying anything, so I told her why did you put my 12 pieces mild she said 10 more minutes for the spicy I told her I been waiting for an hour already. She started to curse me out with F words and yelling and giving me a very bad attitude, and she wanted to go outside and fight with me. The cashier said why you are talking to her she is a miner you shouldn't talk to a miner. So I requested to have my money back since my order is incorrect and I have waited more than I should be. The cashier name is Latika she gave me the worse attitude and told me your not getting any *** back. We don't give refunds, and I am not cancelling your order. I told her you just did. She refunded an order for a customer while I was there just because they ran out of sweet and tangy sauce. The same girl that was doing my order didn't have a name tag, and she didn't have her mask on her face neither the guy that was cooking the chicken. You can even check the store cameras for proofing. Very disappointed, this popeyes has the worst staff and worst serves.

I waited for 1 hour when the girl was putting my chicken she put all mild without telling me anything, so I asked her why did you put the 12 pieces mild she said 10 minutes for the spicy then she started yelling and giving a very bad attitude and cursed me out, and she wanted to go outside and fight with me. The cashier that I placed the order with came from back she said she is a miner you can't talk to her, so I asked her to give me my money back she said No your not getting a refund and said F words and giving the worst attitude. The cashier name is Latika she refunded the whole order for a previous customer just because they didn't have sweet and tangy sauce. The other girl didn't have a name tag on, she wasn't wearing the mask neither the guy who was cooking the chicken. Very disgusting service and the worst staff. No respect to the customers at all.

Missing food

I purchased $81.82 worth of food for my employees and all the family fries were missing. Tried calling the location in Washington st in Beaumont and no one answered. They also did not provide a receipt

That is too big of an order for those non caring workers to handle. Seen this before.

They cant even get an order for one person right. Once again, really bad management.

Can't make a order

I am a firefighter in Jackson Ms. We went to your location on Hwy 80 and Clinton Blvd on the fire truck. We were told that the lobby was closed and we needed to go around. I find it very unethical to stand and order where car are. They came to the door to let us know the lobby was closed so we feel they could have taken our order.

We waited 30 minutes after our order was placed. There were multiple people who got their orders with 10 minutes of parking in front of the business. We will NEVER eat at another Popeyes..

Unfulfilled order, lack of local assistance and filled email

My chicken sandwich was not delivered and now I have only been Reimbursed $4.15 and the charge was $7.79 plus tip. The customer service email on the app is full and emails are undeliverable. Local store is only fulfilling if I come puck up, door dash wont re-deliver. Customer service is a mess.
