Damaged table from box

I have tried for months to get an answer. spoke to a manager from the store, I was asked "what do you want us to do about it" He said I would get a call from the gm and never did, I even called and tried to reach the gm myself with no luck This is ridiculous

Never got service

I was in line 2nd . Manager helped first person . After waiting 11 min she helped him she turned looked at drive thru . Then completely ignored me. Walked to back in kitchen and never helped me. Where she was standing she could clearly see me . Never said a word . Not any of the employees. Finally after waiting another 15 minutes staring at them . I just left . So rude and no good at Customer service.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ants in food
I ordered food from the Popeyes in Houma 709 west tunnel Blvd . And there were ants in the food , I took the food back and recommended my money back from the manager . I actually ate a few fries out the box . If I feel sick from here on out I will be visiting thibodaux general hospital !!!

Complaint about employee

I have given up on Popeyes in Hickory I won't go there that is the most unprofessional place in Hickory I believe they don't have no sense of urgency at all they don't care about anything and I refuse to take an order from them or to order food from them and that old lady that runs the register he was completely unprofessional start yelling at customers stay six feet apart we were eight feet apart looking stupid in a bad mood just wanted to run her mouth off at customer and *** I don't know why they opened up the lobby again that was just stupid Andre like we are past 60 depart the tiles on the floor are feet apart there was eight of them

Closed hour before it should have been

We drove 6 miles away to get Popeyes and its was closed, this was off 281 and Evans rd San Antonio Texas. Then on the Popeyes off blanco rd in San Antonio was locked you could go in this was before the virus and little kids was in there running around. Looked as if the manager didnt have baby sitter so you locked it up for her kids and made every one go through drive thru for an hour and and your food is cold. This has happen on several locations. Looks as if corporate needs to start visiting locations or your not going to last. Regardless of what your numbers are at some point it will close. Video proof was not in my mind, your business Im letting you know you should check on it after the virus.

Rude disrespectful employee Cashier went outside to call other people to come inside store . Sign in door says no more than 3 people inside store . Sign says do not enter without a mask . Cashier had no mask People inside had no mask woman on phone no mask. I was very perturbed by this lack of judgement. Upon my arrival in your food establishment I was the 3 rd person inside store, unfortunately i was standing at the cash register ready to place my order when for some unknown reason cashier left her post went to the front door and called people to come inside. I ask her why would she called other customer when sign says 3...She then looked at me and said then you get out. This is unacceptable behavior covid or not. Dont put sign up if the rules will be ignored... I would certainly do not want to risk my life for fry chicken

Never got my refund very pissed

I was waiting for 45 minutes and never got my food and told them that I wanted my money back and haven't received my refund of $28.76 we are at the Popeye's in St. Louis on May 28th at 3515 Natural Bridge Avenue St.louis Missouri 63107 at 4:11pm

Poor service and food......

No response from Popeye's Corp, management or anyone!????? 4th attempt for clarification, answers or reason why. On Monday April 6th, my family and I decided to try Popeye's located at Ulmerton Rd Largo Florida. We pulled through the drive thru with one in front of us. We waited almost 8 minutes without any employee even saying a word. I finally said HELLO and someone responded Ill be with you in a one moment Im trying to find out if this customer has paid. Seriously. After patiently waiting and watching the 15 minute clock winding down on the Popeye's offer they finally take my order. I pulled up and waited once again for an employee to take payment or even acknowledge our presence. I noticed a male employee walk by and he was just drinking and taking an unauthorized break when another employee told him they needed 14 tenders, he responded by holding up three fingers, the employee said thats not enough there are orders waiting. The cook stared back and once again held up three fingers and shrugged like who gives a *** We were asked to pull forward because they are making fresh tenders. No problem at I said while remaining calm and understanding that things are difficult and perhaps theyre shorthanded or such. Then after an additional ten or fifteen minutes I thought the forgot our order when someone comes out and ask if we wanted a drink and we replied no thanks and appreciated the offer. Finally a few minutes later he arrives with our order and we pull around the front to double check it. After nearly thirty minutes they forgot our three sandwiches. I park the car and proceed to enter the main lobby to my surprise I thought would be closed due to the corona-virus. I was shocked to hear a female employee which seemed to be the manager complaining about taking classes online and complaining about everything. I observed not a single employee taking corona-virus precautions by way of gloves, mask or even hair nets. After waiting for the customers in front of me to be helped I asked about our chicken sandwiches and the lady shouted they were right there. They have been sitting there the entire 30 minutes we have been waiting. I observed not a single form of organization, communication or concern from the management or staff in regards to customer service or corona-virus. The best has yet to come so please continue reading till the end.. After arriving at home and the family settling down at the table to eat, we were all horrified by what we saw mixed among our dinner. There were what appeared to be a half dozen or more one to two inch black Pubic hairs inside the tenders box, on the tenders, and hairs on the napkins inside the bag. It looks like someone either shoved there hand down their pants and through them all over or someone scratched their head and the landed all over the food. Either way this is..UNACCEPTABLE to say the least. Is this an employee deliberately trying to infect others with the corona-virus? Is this just poor management and quality control at store level? Is this just Popeyes way of doing business? Is this the best Popeyes has to offer when it comes to development and staffing? People do still care in this world and there are at least minimum standards that should matter. So lets recap shall we. Waited in drive through and not a word from employee while cars backed up Waited over thirty minutes for order Employees not wearing protective gear such as gloves, mask, hair nets etc. No attempt at safe distancing or virus spread containment Forgot part of food order sitting cold, back on counter.. Wasted $35 on dinner that was not edible to pubic/hairs. Female manager complaining about everything work related including online classes while customers are ignored And the kickerwhat appears to be PUBIC Hairs spread from head to toe inside our tenders box, on food and napkins. New motto.Welcome to Popeyes where you get more than you bargained for. Stop on by where you will be ignored, made to wait, possibly contract a virus, receive free hairs and meet negative people that only care about themselves. You never know what youll get except your guaranteed it will not be fresh, clean or pleasant. I appreciate the opportunity to share our truth and experience about your Ulmerton location. This is not something that just started there recently and its obvious to anyone with common sense that there are many issues within the organization. This starts from the top down as the employees are merely a representation of what management portrays.

Unruling customer service from manager on duty about an incorrect order

Placed order 16 PC meal deal....asked if we could substitute dark meat for white meat. Told would be 20-25 min wait. Then asked if could replace tenders instead of white meat. Also told would be 10-15 min wait. Then mgr(Monica) said didn't know when chicken will be available. So I parked to wait of my order. Young lady brought out my order with just tenders inside. Mgr(Monica) can outside after we have missing food from our order. She then threw box of biscuits saying " this is your order you said I left out!!! I asked to speak to mgr..then she replied I am the mgr!!! Got home and realized order was still wrong. I called back to store and Monica proceeded to act rudely over the phone. She never let me speak to anyone else but her. Told her she was very uncooperative and wasn't helpful at all. She said well why don't you give my a job where I can be helpful and give service to people. Told her that I wouldn't hire you with that attitude. My husband &; I returned with food and didn't allo me to come inside to handle transaction with refund. She had us outside of drive-thru with cars waiting in line. She slammed window claiming how pissed she was. My husband was on the phone with hotline while this was going on telling him actually what was transpiring; customer service agent heard what was being saidDO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FOR THIS POPEYES WHILE SHE IS THERE..

Customer service incident

The manager called me, said she remembered me. She also said " it didn't happen but I'm sorry" so she called me a liar and was rude. If the cameras were checked you would have seen the employees with their phones out while in front of the chicken taking pictures and laughing. It did happen and I was given a non apology.

User's recommendation: do not go to the Popeyes in Deerfield Beach Florida go to the one on Atlantic in pompano, nice people, clean store and nice employees.

Received two green beans instead of two red beans. Receipt has order for two red beans and cashier checked order for us because the person in back told her order was wrong. First order was chicken tenders instead of 14 piece family meal. Location is not answering phone 9910 west Flamingo, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ordered food for my elderly uncle who wanted chicken from here. Tried the app for the very first time, ordered at 10:45 for 11:30. No order arrived. At 12pm placed an order with DoorDash and he got at 1pm. He didn't get the first order for another 5 hours after I was told it was canceled. I ended up paying for two orders and received one at 1pm and the other at 4:30pm for lunch for a senior citizen at noon. I will Not use the App again (deleted off my phone) and now, during this social distancing period, makes it difficult for my uncle to trust food delivery and put in his head to go out to get his Popeye's craving. So not happy about that.
