DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME &; HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I would give them a zero, but this app. Will not let me. Incident: 10/16/20 7:41pm Ordered 16pc. Spicy Chicken Tenders. The order was totally messed up. 1st - NOT Spicy! Small & Dried out Chicken that I paid hard earned money for! Totalling = $35.71 for What!?!? 2nd - I asked for only BBQ Sauce 3 times to make sure. (noted on pic of rcpt.) No sauce was given at all. A 16 PC. Family Meal w/ 0 sauces is incompetent. 3rd - I asked for Red beans & rice as one of the 3 sides &; got some tasteless mashed potatoes w/ a gravy that had some funky spices in it. Like some elementary school cafeteria crap! I was totally disappointed. I spoke to Gabriel the manager on 10/16/20 @ 8:10 PM. He apologized for the mistake & would give a 8 pc. Spicy chicken Tenders meal as compensation for the inconvenience. I had told him how far it was & how many people were waiting to eat so I would come p/u some other day. He said anytime would be fine. On 10/18/20 7:26 PM. I called ahead of time and spoke to Isaac( the manager on duty), to make sure that Gabriel was working, too make good on the agreement. Isaac was a bit curt & told me he would not help me because Gabriel was @ another job & couldn't be disturbed. At which point I asked for his name and began posting everywhere I can, blogs, etc., and there corporate site also. I thought the Bandera Popeye's was bad! Well I call it Don't tied. D

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time and money on low quality food and service.

My order wasn't satisfactory at all. I ordered chicken which half of it was bleeding and burnt like it was refried. The beans were cold and stiff. The biscuits were hard. I tried many times to contact Popeyes and no one answered the phone. I want my money back.

I recently visited popeyes on 14th street in plano tx, I tried ordering spicy chicken but was told they would not be dropping anymore spicy chicken until they sell all the mild chicken. Is this a policy of popeyes? I left hungry,confused, and disappointed.

last night on sw 8th street was a bad experience the managers are ghetto and rude. Oh my I never been to a place where everybody is high and drunk. This place needs to be shut down or new manager need to work at night first impression is your last.

Went to the Popeyes location at 1604 and Bandera rd around 845pm on Oct 13th. I ordered a lg fry and a Cajun gravy for my pregnant wife. At the speaker I asked for them to make sure the fries were fresh. There was one car in front of me and when I got to the window my order was already there. I felt the box through the bag and the box was barely even warm so I handed it back to the employee working the window. She asked me to pull up and they would walk it out to me once it was ready. I waited a total of 20 mins before they brought it out. Once they handed me the box again I felt it and the fries were even colder as if they just handed me the same box of old fries. I told the lady that I just wanted my money back at the point and she said the fries just came out so I handed her one and it wasnt even warm at this point. So I again waited another 5 mins before I drove through the drive thru. Once I got to the window, the person there said they were the manager not sure if they were since she had a white tee shirt and a wife beater on and that I through the fries at the employee and that her employee doesnt lie. She handed me the money and I asked her name and she said she didnt have to give it and proceeded to close and lock the window as I was there. I wasted over 30 mins to be told I assaulted an employee, be called a liar, and left with no food. Not sure if this is the type of establishment that allows this type of disrespect and approve these kind of behaviors in general but I will not ever be returning to this location again. Nor do I see myself returning to any Popeyes in the near future.
