I need to speak with the district manager of Popeyes in Midvale Utah

They always shut down at 7 but don't close til 10 so the food is horrible afterv7p.m.

User's recommendation: I wouldnt eat there after 7 p.m.

Rude managers and lobby being closed early

The lobby being closed to the public due to business being overwhelmed.. They just had the drive thru open and everybody doesn't have a car.. So why is the lobby closed...

Horrible service

- [ ] Order 8 piece chicken strips once we got to our location and checked the order there was chicken no strips. - [ ] Ask for strips 3 times at drive thru window - [ ] Ordered large drink - recvd regular drink. I as told that I paid for a regular drink. The receipt shows that I paid for a large drink. - [ ] Ask for blackened ranch was told that they did not have any. Went back 2 hrs later to take order back was told that they have blackened ranch. - [ ] The French fries were cold and tasted stale. - [ ] Received both the merchant receipt and customer receipt. When I went back to exchange out the chicken for tenders I gave the manager the merchant receipt, she gave back to me both the merchant receipt and customer receipt. - [ ] Asked for a refund of the French fries since they were stale and cold recvd refund of $2.49 only did not include tax. I asked for the tax back no one calculated the tax to confirm that the amount I told them was correct. - [ ] The person at the register or manager did not have on a name tag.

User's recommendation: Always check your food before driving off. Always report extremely horrible service.

Never received my food

This is horrible service. I never received my meal no one came to my home.

I would like to be fully reimbursed.This is poor service drivers apparently aren’t delivering food properly!!!!!!!!!! I want my $19.77 back

COLD UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN

WE WANTED TO TRY THE NEW GHOST PEPPER WINGS ADVERTISED. WHEN WE GOT THEM HOME, WE LIVE CLOSE BY, I WAS PULLING A PIECE OFF FOR OUR GREAT GRANDSON TO TRY AND THE WING WAS COLD OUTSIDE AND VERY DARK, THE INSIDE NEXT TO THE BONE WAS VERY COLD AS WELL. MY HUSBAND GOT A WING, BIT INTO IT AND IT WAS BLOODY NEAR THE BONE AND COLD THRU AND THRU. I CALLED POPEYES, AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I CHECKED THE TIME IT WAS IN EXCESS OF 15 MINUTES. THINKING THEY HAD FORGOTTEN ME, I ASKED MY HUSBAND TO CALL FROM HIS PHONE TO SEE IF IT WOULD RING BUSY THEN I COULD HANG UP AND CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE DID THIS TWICE LETTING IT RING UNTIL IT DISCONNECTED. THEY NEVER CAME BACK ON THE LINE WITH ME SO I FINALLY HUNG UP. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE AND WHEN I GOT AN ANSWER FROM THEM, IT HAD THE NAME OF YOUR COMPLAINT LINE AND I WAS OFFENDED BY THAT BECAUSE I AM A CHRISTIAN AND DO NOT USE THAT KIND OF LANGUAGE EVER. MY CONCERN NEVER REACHED THE POINT OF YOUR NAME OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT WOULD BE OFFENDED BY THE NAME OF YOUR COMPLAINT DIVISION. WE HAVE EATEN POPEYES FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST BUT I NEVER HAD TO TAKE IT TO CORPORATE BEFORE TO GET A RESPONSE. THIS IS NOT PUTTING YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD AS A COMPANY. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT IN THE PAST, YOU CUT THE SIZE OF YOUR BISCUITS WAY DOWN. BOJANGLES HAS NOT. YOUR BISCUITS WERE MUCH LIKE THE SIZE OF BOJANGLES BUT NOT AS THICK. A FEW YEARS AGO, YOU STARTED MAKING THE BISCUITS SMALLER AROUND THINKING NO ONE WOULD NOTICE ADD THIS TO THE FACT THAT THE ADS FOR POPEYES CHICKEN STRIPS LOOK VERY SMALL AND THIN STRIPS. THIS IS A TURNOFF TO A LOT OF PEOPLE BECAUSE IT WOULD TEND TO MAKE THEM HARD AND DRY AND ADD TO IT THE SIZE OF THE BISCUITS DOES NOT GIVE COMFORT AS TO THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU WILL BE GETTING ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO FEED A FAMILY. IF THAT PICTURE IS NOT A TRUE PICTURE OF YOUR CHICKEN STRIPS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE IT TO A TRUE PICTURE. YOUR BUSINESS MIGHT IMPROVE IF THIS IS NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF YOUR PRODUCT.
