Very disappointed in the quality

Today my son and I went to Popeyes and we went to the drive thru when I placed few orders , one of them was the blackened chicken tenders ( I purchased 8 of them ) the other items was spicy chicken sandwich meal ( which I had T-Mobile coupon verifying that my chicken sandwich was free of minimum of 10 dollars ) my complaint of the day , I was shocked to see that for 8 so called tenders were 16 dollars .. if I had known how much they were , I wouldnt have purchased them another complaint have is that I eXplained that I had free coupon and they said I couldnt use , because it was only for delivery only ( it didnt say that on my coupon) so I still proceeded to order it .. bottom line I paid 24.97 on chicken sandwich meal and 8 Blackened tenders .. Im very disappointed the tenders were small and skinny . Ill post pictures below

Unsanitary food conditions at Navasota Shell station store that's Navasota Texas

They took shrimp out of a return box that had been outside the store and the customers car brought it back in put it in my box and I told him I didnt want it I didnt know if it was contaminated so they gave me a new shrimp and then my beans and rice were so tough was like trying to gravel and I know they do a lot of transit business there but what they need as management and what you need and exactly what offers for someone to pick up the phone and listen to these type of complaint so that we dont waste time on unpleasant things in our lives and my telephone number is 979-492-****

Missing the 4 jalapeños I was charged for. I waited 15-20 minutes for fresh chicken and fries. I had 9 pieces of chicken total and only 2 of them were fresh. The fries were horrible and not fresh. As a loyal customer, Im very upset. The person who took my order on drive thru had a bad attitude. Told me they didnt have e enough spicy chicken and I had to wait 35 minutes. I have never waited that long for drag chicken and although it didnt take 35 minutes, the chicken was still not fresh after waiting 20 minutes.

They can not get your order right even after it is brought to their attention. Rude employees. The one in Dothan AL, Ross Clark Circle is a nightmare.

Poor Management and Customer service

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered online and chose drive thru pick up, which was my first time ordering this way. The online instructions was to come to drive thru say my name &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; order #, which is what l did but the rep on speaker very rudely say, You have to come in for that! I said maam l cannot come in because l have a torn meniscus. If I knew l had to come inside l would have not placed a drive thru order. Rep rudely replies, just pull up to the window. When l was pulling off, l said damn that was rude, not even talking to her, and I heard her say Damn damn. The car right behind me also heard her and just pulled off without order anything. When l got to the window, an African American rep nicely asked my name again & I told her. After a few minutes, the rep who was cursing to me in drive thru came to the window and said rudely, we dont have anymore red beans and rice. I asked are you the rep on drive thru, she said yes, l asked for her name and she said Jasmine. I said ok, you can replace the item with cole slaw. Instead of her going back to replace my item, she kept saying you are suppose to come inside for drive thru orders, l said maam, it did not say that when placing order in app nor do you have a sign up saying so. I sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes before I advise them l was here for drive thru pickup. I said maam please give my order or my refund, she said contact corporate for refund. I asked again for my order but rep kept arguing with me thru drive with customers inside. By this time l am pissed, l just sat in line over 10 minutes and rep is being very disrespectful so l called her a rude *** *** she called me one back. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager, she then said pull up and she would bring my order out. I said no, l dont trust you with my order at this time, just give me back my money. She said if you dont pull up, l will call the cops, l said please do. I sat there and waited for the cops so l could get an incident number. Cops were very nice and advised me to contact corporate because he himself would not trust the order after this. This location has bad reviews online and they only hire Latinas, l was surprised there was a African American girl when I first came to drive thru window. When the cops came, the real manager came to the counter inside store. She never came to drive thru window when l asked for her. I will never spend my money at this location again if that rep and her manager are not reprimanded. No matter the circumstances, unless its threatening, should a customer service rep speak/treat to a customer this way. It has to be tolerated if the actual manager didnt come to window when Jasmine was speaking to me this way or when l asked for manager. I will rate this experience on Yelp, Facebook and Instagram. Now l have to wait for my refund which l dont how long that will take. I still cannot believe l was treated this way when l have always received good customer service there. Jasmine could have avoided this but it seems like she was trying to start a confrontation instead of just replacing my item with what l asked for and repeatedly saying all drive orders online must be done in store.

Nobody's wearing gloves no mask

Second time going to 3777 Choctaw Dr., Baton Rouge Louisiana. No Mas no gloves and the young man in the window told me he has to wash his mass because its dirty. Most inappropriate response and something should be done about this and African-American young man at the window I had my mask on thank God

I went to the popeyes 43rd and Greenfield. Milwaukee Wisconsin. it was approximately 15 to 17 cars in front of me. but I waited patiently because their chicken sandwiches. are out of this world. when I got to the window there was employees. that was less than Pleasant. the only have masks covering their face and not their nose. when I mentioned it at the window and they didn't even seem to care. the sandwiches were at best lukewarm. I called customer service they said a manager would get in touch with me. I never ever had this issue going to that location before.

Popeye's never answered my complaint

Im from Rochester NY and I visited Popeye's and the clerk put my order on the counter because they were waiting for some biscuits and a customer walked up to the counter and coughed all over my box of food and the box was partially opened and I was afraid to say something but the clerk's were rude and we're talking about confrontation I'll never felt so bad in my life I complained Several times and was never contacted and covid 19 had just surfaced . I want to be compensated

You just want free food, if you cannot afford to eat out then don't.

It’s quite common to see someone turn something into a issue that really isn’t a issue. Especially in food service.

Odds are that someone did cough but NOT directly on their food. Probably a few feet away and they probably coughed into their hand or elbow. Some ppl cough. It doesn’t mean they are infected with anything.

We cough roughly 5-15 times a day normally just from environmental factors such as dust or dander. Smokers cough or a allergy sufferers cough doesn’t mean they are infected. It’s VERY clear that the OP is a busy body. Someone who defines her existence by not only the drama she deals with but the drama she makes.

It’s very clear this person is trying very hard to get something for free. The employees didn’t do anything wrong. A CUSTOMER coughed not a employee. You can clearly see that this person is just sniffing around for free chicken.

Hey lady go lick a doorknob and save the rest of us from your useless drama. Why didn’t you demand that the CUSTOMER who coughed on the twenty foot radius of you replace the chicken? We KNOW why. You know that customer would have told you where to go and how to get there and you would have gotten NOTHING!

So instead you attempt to blame the employees who had nothing to do with the situation and a company that is staying open to feed the infected and uninfected alike, yet YOU feel slighted because the very same mouthbreather customer that is just like you coughed.

Get over it!!!! Freaking loser!!

No Personal Protective Equipment - Covid-19 Issues

Went to Popeye's drive through in Northlake, TX on Raceway Drive 5/15/20 at 9:00 pm and ordered food. Went to the window to pay and noticed employee's there had no mask or gloves on and took my means of payment without gloves on.

No Gloves No Mask During Covid-10

Went to Popeye's Drive Through in Northlake, TX on Raceway Dr and ordered food. Went to pay and could see clearly inside and all employees had no gloves or mask on. Is this how Popeye's conduct business during the Covi-19 event going on?

Bloody chicken and manager care less attitude

Purchase 3 piece box of chicken got home chicken was not done blood was running out call the Popeye's store about five or six times they had the phone off the hook and never answer the phone went by the store later Kroger manager what happened it was very sarcastic and did not refund or offer to replace the chicken

Unsafe people working

Upon arriving at the window I saw the man packaging food with his mask down below his beard, and hands up by his face. He wasnt wearing gloves. The window girl had her mask below her nose and also no gloves! Absolutely disgusted!!
