Extremely dissatisfied

The manager took my order he took it wrong he refused to acknowledge that he made a mistake and when I run into order a 3rd item he left off the menu he refused to sell it to me I've never heard of anything like this or seen it the guy could not get it through his head but I needed 3 meals and that too and then why would you refuse to sell me a 3rd one it makes no sense he was rude and that he shorted me 2 orders of biscuits this is crazy

Order at 2 different Popeyes filled incorrectly

I live about 30 miles from one Popeyes and 45 miles from the other one. Both times was given yucky rice instead of dirty rice. Have no idea if you still have it

Complaint

This is a reoccurring issue. Orders are not correct cant get a receipt because the printer is broken. Have to use a credit card. I understand COVID has been hard on everyone but this particular store has never been good even before that. I have made up my mind even though Chick fil A is higher I will go there. I am also in retail I understand but I can always get change I always provided good customer service.

Did not receive food that is paid for

The window attendant gave me only 1 bag of food. I assumed it contained everything and did not check. I should have. Couldn't reach then via phone. Contacted the corporate office. Zero response.

Bad service & old food

Service was horrible. The food was old obviously sitting there for a while. The dinning room tables every one of them were dirty had to clean one our selves so we could eat. Would never go back there again.

Horrible service and really dry chicken

I went into Lockport Illinois Popeyes I ordered the 11 piece dinner I asked if I could have dark meat they said no problem it came with small fry small coleslaw I than ordered family fry and family coleslaw brought it home my coleslaw was not in the order went back up to Popeyes they gave me the coleslaw and when I got home I had I dark piece of chicken and when I ate the chicken it was dry Im passionate about Popeyes but today they dropped the ball
