Terrible service

Went through drive through at popeyes in Livingston Texas. Waited 30 minutes for our 2 dinners. Ordered 2 extra sides, and 2 extra biscuits for 1.98. Also paid 99 upgrade for 2 breast and one leg. Got home, none of my order was correct. Overcharged me 7.00. I called them, lady said, come back tomorrow and we will give you your 2 sides and your 2 biscuits. She said I don't work at this store I am just helping this store out. Her name was Ashly. Did not even cared I waited 30 minutes in 90degree heat in drive thur waiting for her to give me a few drumsticks and 1 breast. Remember paid upgrade for breast. But got legs. This is everytime you eat at this popeye's in livingston texas. Sorry service and no one there cares. Store number 10821. Order number 15 in drive through. 23.47. Missing 7.00 worth our food. They will not give my money back. Want to give me food. Don't want to eat there again. I love popeyes but this location has always been bad service and runs out of chicken every time I go. It is a chicken place. Why don't they have fried chicken. It was lunch time. Please report we need someone to come here and rehire and fix our popeyes. They just do not care about there customers. Thank you.

I did not get what I ordered

I placed an online order with Popeyes. When it was delivered it was a bag with baked potatoes ham and other stuff in it. I do not eat pork I am an Israelite. I called and told her what happened she said there was nothing she could do. I told her that I ordered directly from the website, and she still said that was nothing she could do. Her name is Michelle and she said she was the manager.

I did not get what I ordered

I ordered online from Popeyes, and they sent my order through door dash. When I opened the bag there was a baked potato and ham and other stuff that Popeyes does not sell. I called and talked to the manager who said her name was Michelle, and she said there was nothing she could do she didn't have any information. I told her that I ordered from their online website, and she still said there was nothing she could do. I will not order from there again.

Disrespectful staff

My son called saying he is vomiting n the manager won't let him go home. So as his dad I called n asked why he not was sent home. The woman manager has been disrespectful in the background. Finally, told my son to go home n not to return the rest of the week because she was mad I called her out being disrespectful.

Went to popeyes ordered a 3 piece, 99 cents to get 2 breast and 1 leg. Got 2 legs and one breast. 99 cent upgrade for no reason. Then they left out 3 jalapeno peppers, small side of Cole slaw 1.50. A side of cajun rice, 2.49 left out. 2 extra biscuits for 1.98. Peppers were 1.14. Ordered a 2 piece old breast, had to wait 25 they had to fry chicken first. Old beast in my 2 piece. My husband could not eat it. To dryer out. I love popeye's but gonna have to stop going there. They have poor service. Food has been ok before. But who ever Ron's this one. Is not playing with a full deck of brain cells. Sloppy. Best popeye s in Galveston Texas. For years been great food and great service. But I do not live in Galvestion. Please fix our popeyes.

Poor customer service

DoBillings Shiloh crossing. I Asked what was taking so long in drive up window. Because I only have 30 min for lunch (14 cars and was blocked I Could not leave) the car ahead of me was not assisted for 7-10 min.The person on the intercom stated that they only had two people I told him that was poor management and asked to speak with the manager. He said he was and that he wanted me to leave as he was refusing me service the threatened to call the police on me. Lied and said I was cursing. Took my picture as I was coming through the drive-thru. Would not identify himself when asked. Would not provide his name badge so I could read it myself. Threaten me again that he would call the police if I didn't leave. Told him I would leave as soon as I got his name. He provided me with a false name. Called corporate to report his actions have not received a call back very displeased with the service will not years Popeye chain ever again.

So, you saw 14 cars ahead of you and still chose to get in line. Knowing full well that you only had a 1/2 hour before you had to be back at work.

Unless you want to risk facing legal consequences, DO NOT POST OR SHARE THAT WORKER'S PHOTO WITH ANYBODY (even the company) as you have committed a personal rights violation by taking his/her photo WITHOUT CONSENT. If he/she refused to give you a name, you should have just written down a description of the person and the time and location of the incident.

The company could easily have verified whom you were referring to with that basic info. -Just because you have the the physical ability to take photos on the fly does not give you license to take photos of people without their consent. You can't just go around taking photos of workers like that, no matter how angry you are. You have violated his/her rights.

So, it would be smart of you to just delete the photo and save yourself the hassle of a potential lawsuit. (If the worker is fired and your photo is included within his/her employee file as a contributory factor in his/her dismissal.) --Take down a physical description of him/her before you delete the photo and you'll have all the identifying evidence the company needs to figure out whom you are complaining about.

Trouble with incompetence

My complaint was that the staff (an individual at the door and the female at the window giving the food) were EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Then, when I called corporate (during my 25-minute wait in the drive-through to pick up the food that was preordered and pre-paid for), I was told that they were not allowed to close carry-out down. BUT, when I got to the window and related the information that you had just given me, the woman was brazen enough to tell me to talk to the GM - whom she said was standing there, but didn't come to the window when I said, "Sure." The complaint is, by means of being unethical to customers (there was another female in front of me, also a DoorDasher, who had a similar experience) and profoundly unprofessional - you should cease operations at this location so that you do not lose more business throughout this area; which may carry over to other markets.

Drove 50 miles round trip for fried chicken. Long line at drive through as that was all that was open. Ordered food with girl who could not get it straight. When got meals parts were missing. Left to nearby parking lot to eat. Food was COLD and order not correct. Big disappointment. Shame as always looked forward at other locations.

Never received any response to complaint. Fort Smith zero st store arkansas Brought back box of tenders all batter wanted $10.00 back manager (lady) around 5-6pm @week ago approximately. Made me feel like crap "I only see 5 so I'm only going to give back $ for 5". Terrible service ... told no food after 45 min wait in drive thru and told I dont need there help to back out of drive thru when they tell me no food at order window.

I went to the Yuba City, Ca Popeyes at 8:30pm on May 1st 2020. At 8:55pm a gentleman came out and said they were going to close early and closed the drive through line one car behind me. I waited 30 more minutes. Got to the order mic, and 5 minutes later the same gentleman said there was no food left. I said I heard him give free food to the car in front of me. He said yah that's what we do when that's the end of the food. I asked if he had apple pie. He said no and that thaT takes 7 minutes to drop and he's not waiting. I then asked for help to back out of the drive through. He replied, "you don't need my help. " There were at least 3 employees on at the time . One female and 2 males. How is it I wait 45 minutes for no food and very rude behavior from one of the males? It's a difficult time for everyone but this is unacceptable. I feel like my next step is to complain on social media with the other people in line. I am so disappointed I don't think I will ever go to another popeyes and I should encourage others not to as well. Unacceptable for any kind of customer service. Please address thus issue with the Yuba City store! Thank you Allison

Bad service

Give We go to Popeyes normally at least 3 times a week but 3 out of the past 4 times we went items was left out of our bag. I called the store but they didn't really seem concerned about it so I called y'all, twice, this email is the first response I have had from y'all but honestly it took me by surprise as little but, the title of your email and the name of your group makes it sound like the company has a lot of complaint problems.

Issue with order

Waited over hour for food and was missing two orders of fries. Had drive 15 mins back store get and thought had ordered Cole slaw and made pay 3 bucks for it. Paid 43 bucks and meals had like 6 fries in them. Felt least could done was give me the slaw. After 48 mins checked on order they were rude like inconvenience to ask about order. Your app said out tenders but yet had tons.

Employee stole my debit card and used it

Location 10601 Grand Parkway Spring, Tx 77379 Phone#: 281-826-**** On April 30, 2020 I went to Popeyes with my family to get some food. My order came to $31.39. I received our drinks and food and we left. I didnt realize that my debit card had not been returned to me until later that night when I received a notification that a purchase was made at Footlocker shoe store for $205.68. I immediately locked my card. When I went back to Popeyes the next morning (5/1/2020) at 11:23 am, I spoke directly to the manger on duty and explained the situation. In the beginning she didnt seem like she really wanted to help me with the issue. I explained that not only did the employee not provide me with a receipt but he also did not give me back my debit card. After I asked her to review the recording from the previous night, she started being more helpful. A second manager arrived to assist in the matter. They indeed saw that their employee did NOT give me my card back, but its also on video that he put it in his pocket. They immediately terminated him and then came back outside to where I was till waiting to apologize to me. Since I already filed a police report, I am hoping to also be able to press charges! After speaking to my bank today I was told that after the footlocker transaction there was an attempted transaction for something on the PlayStation network and also an attempt from cash app which were both declined because I had already shut the card down! I think Popeyes should make it to where the card readers can be placed outside the window and people can pay without letting their card leave their sight. This is unacceptable!
