Bad service

Give We go to Popeyes normally at least 3 times a week but 3 out of the past 4 times we went items was left out of our bag. I called the store but they didn't really seem concerned about it so I called y'all, twice, this email is the first response I have had from y'all but honestly it took me by surprise as little but, the title of your email and the name of your group makes it sound like the company has a lot of complaint problems.

Issue with order

Waited over hour for food and was missing two orders of fries. Had drive 15 mins back store get and thought had ordered Cole slaw and made pay 3 bucks for it. Paid 43 bucks and meals had like 6 fries in them. Felt least could done was give me the slaw. After 48 mins checked on order they were rude like inconvenience to ask about order. Your app said out tenders but yet had tons.

Employee stole my debit card and used it

Location 10601 Grand Parkway Spring, Tx 77379 Phone#: 281-826-**** On April 30, 2020 I went to Popeyes with my family to get some food. My order came to $31.39. I received our drinks and food and we left. I didnt realize that my debit card had not been returned to me until later that night when I received a notification that a purchase was made at Footlocker shoe store for $205.68. I immediately locked my card. When I went back to Popeyes the next morning (5/1/2020) at 11:23 am, I spoke directly to the manger on duty and explained the situation. In the beginning she didnt seem like she really wanted to help me with the issue. I explained that not only did the employee not provide me with a receipt but he also did not give me back my debit card. After I asked her to review the recording from the previous night, she started being more helpful. A second manager arrived to assist in the matter. They indeed saw that their employee did NOT give me my card back, but its also on video that he put it in his pocket. They immediately terminated him and then came back outside to where I was till waiting to apologize to me. Since I already filed a police report, I am hoping to also be able to press charges! After speaking to my bank today I was told that after the footlocker transaction there was an attempted transaction for something on the PlayStation network and also an attempt from cash app which were both declined because I had already shut the card down! I think Popeyes should make it to where the card readers can be placed outside the window and people can pay without letting their card leave their sight. This is unacceptable!

Missing items again

It seems like every time I order something from DoorDash theres no sauce and missing items like mashed potatoes etc. Poor chicken quality most times.
