I made an order through the Popeyes app and paid for a family meal. I requested it to be delivered from the store nearest to me. But not only was my order taken, and paid for, it was marked as delivered when the store was actually closed with no notification to me a paying customer.

User's recommendation: Call the local store first. If they don’t answer then they probably are closed and can’t take you’re business.

Concern for the owner

You are really losing a lot of business at your Naples Fl store. So many people leave the waiting is awful and their not event busy The same thing inside no one know what the other one doing It is such ashamed to see so much business go down the drain. If you don't believe me just park outside and watch. You would have a line of cars all the time if they would get it moving, but they don't seam to care. And the public is spot going in there it's a big joke.

My family and I have been coming to that Popeyes for a long time and never have had any problems we came through the drive-thru ordered for classic chicken sandwiches and some other stuff which totaled over $30 to get home and I bite into 1 of my chicken sandwiches to find a whole piece of chicken I saw it was a bone in so I decide to look at the other three two more thighs and a breast on a chicken sandwich I usually don't complain but when I bite into my food and get cut by a bone that's not even supposed to be there something is wrong that could have happened to a child or another adult and been choked to death by some employees stupid game
