Closing of store and not telling customers waiting in line
There are long waits because of staff shortage which is understandable. The one time I went, I waited almost 50 minutes and maybe 2 cars in line moved.
At least 4 food delivery people had gone inside the store to pick up orders. I finally got tired of waiting and left. The next time, only 4 cars were in line so I tried again. After 20 min.
2 cars moved. The car in front sat there for a little over 5 minutes then yelled hello. After a couple of minutes a lady came around the corner and told him "we're done". He left and as I pulled up she said it to me.
I left and went to a different food place. As I passed by Popeye's on my way home, there were about 3 cars in line waiting. A sign should have been put up to let people know they closed early.
That is just uncalled for, to let people sit in line waiting to finally find out they shut down for the night. I haven't been back since.waitWait until

I have several complaints one being that I have talk to you instead of talking to a human being
Every time you go to your jet your Popeyes the one in Cleveland on Lee Road and the one in Warrensville or Norfield Cleveland but the last two days Saturday and yesterday they dont have anything but check it but only certain pieces of chicken and biscuits thats it no size no nap at 7 oclock 730 you dont close to 10 or 11 whats the problem yesterday they said it was a fire but you can still take my money and put in the register but you can give me a receipt for what I got that I really didnt want and if you going to sell a chicken sandwich have a chicken sandwiches all day Ill put a sign up as they were sold out of them which you seem to know that must be a popular item only had it once the other day

I ordered a 5 piece spicy with an 8.99 coupon from my mobile app. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.
When I got home I discovered i had a breast and all dark meat. And my chicken sandwich was classic and not spicy. I took it back. I took it back.
I asked the manager what a 5 piece consist of. She told me. I told her what i got instead. She asked did they inform me they had no wings.
I said no. I had to ask if they would give me a breast instead. She said give it to him. They did but didn't even say sorry.
Just went back to working so i told them about their professionalism. And what a inconvenience it was to return it. She replied well i gave you a free beast didn't i.
She say she would have.gave me a fresh order as i was turning to walk away. I was pissed at that point so i walk out with a partially cold order of food and a feeling of being taken for my money and not appreciated as being a loyal customer.
User's recommendation: Well it's not customer fault for their mistakes and rude service. I guess if you want popeyes chicken you should choose a better location.

I waited in line for over 35 minutes before a customer who waited just as long came out of the drive thru to tell me the fryers were down and wouldnt be up for at least 30 more minutes. Why wouldnt they have someone outside or put a sign up?
My next experience was waiting in line for 10 minutes to get to the box to place my order and the girl inside says cash only! I had cash and waited another 7 minutes to be next. I waited at the window ready to pay for another 6 minutes. Finally, I get my order and say thank you and the girl who was wearing a half top (navel showing) closes the door and doesnt even acknowledge me.
Rude.
Unprofessional. I love Popeyes and feel bad for the franchise name having an operation run so unprofessionally.
