Yes there is still an issue Popeyes . I spoke to representative and explained my concerns. He stated he would send me gift card and contact the store. I dont know if he contacted the store but I have not received the gift card.

Closing of store and not telling customers waiting in line

There are long waits because of staff shortage which is understandable. The one time I went, I waited almost 50 minutes and maybe 2 cars in line moved.

At least 4 food delivery people had gone inside the store to pick up orders. I finally got tired of waiting and left. The next time, only 4 cars were in line so I tried again. After 20 min.

2 cars moved. The car in front sat there for a little over 5 minutes then yelled hello. After a couple of minutes a lady came around the corner and told him "we're done". He left and as I pulled up she said it to me.

I left and went to a different food place. As I passed by Popeye's on my way home, there were about 3 cars in line waiting. A sign should have been put up to let people know they closed early.

That is just uncalled for, to let people sit in line waiting to finally find out they shut down for the night. I haven't been back since.waitWait until

Bad service & old food

The service was horrible. The lobby every table was dirty and when the girl cleaned them she had gloves on and just wiped the tables with her hand and threw it on the floor. Our food was old and dry bought the 8 piece meal and they never gave us our rolls. Went back to tell them the chicken was old and very dry and did cook us a new batch but had to wait for that and when we asked why we didn't get our biscut they said we didn't have any made. The cooking area was filthy and it took them 5 min or more to acknowledge us. A very b ad experience. Someone higher up needs to go and secret shop on them.acknowledge we were

This is not the first time , we went to the drive through we order some chicken, coleslaw and apples pie, when we arrive home no apple pies, I usually dont eat fast food but I decided to do it today as a treat, what a bad experience when I opened the bag and we didnt have the apple pies,,so disappointed cause it was far so to go back. Every time you go to your jet your Popeyes the one in Cleveland on Lee Road and the one in Warrensville or Norfield Cleveland but the last two days Saturday and yesterday they dont have anything but check it but only certain pieces of chicken and biscuits thats it no size no nap at 7 oclock 730 you dont close to 10 or 11 whats the problem yesterday they said it was a fire but you can still take my money and put in the register but you can give me a receipt for what I got that I really didnt want and if you going to sell a chicken sandwich have a chicken sandwiches all day Ill put a sign up as they were sold out of them which you seem to know that must be a popular item only had it once the other day

Never getting what I order.

Three times I have visited the Popeyes Restaurant in North Jackson in Tennessee and all three times the order was all wrong. They are extremely slow. We were in line for 45 minutes. I should have checked the order before driving away however, after 45min I was so happy to be leaving I assumed the order was right I saw an employee walking out of the establishment, so I said, excuse me, can I, and that's as far as I got, and she put her hand up and said, I'm on break. I replied All I want to do is ask you a, and again she yelled, No! I'm on break. That is the only time anyone has ever been rude to me. I think they should spend more time working, and less time playing.

I ordered a 5 piece spicy with an 8.99 coupon from my mobile app. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.

When I got home I discovered i had a breast and all dark meat. And my chicken sandwich was classic and not spicy. I took it back. I took it back.

I asked the manager what a 5 piece consist of. She told me. I told her what i got instead. She asked did they inform me they had no wings.

I said no. I had to ask if they would give me a breast instead. She said give it to him. They did but didn't even say sorry.

Just went back to working so i told them about their professionalism. And what a inconvenience it was to return it. She replied well i gave you a free beast didn't i.

She say she would have.gave me a fresh order as i was turning to walk away. I was pissed at that point so i walk out with a partially cold order of food and a feeling of being taken for my money and not appreciated as being a loyal customer.

I waited in line for over 35 minutes before a customer who waited just as long came out of the drive thru to tell me the fryers were down and wouldnt be up for at least 30 more minutes. Why wouldnt they have someone outside or put a sign up?

My next experience was waiting in line for 10 minutes to get to the box to place my order and the girl inside says cash only! I had cash and waited another 7 minutes to be next. I waited at the window ready to pay for another 6 minutes. Finally, I get my order and say thank you and the girl who was wearing a half top (navel showing) closes the door and doesnt even acknowledge me.

Rude.

Unprofessional. I love Popeyes and feel bad for the franchise name having an operation run so unprofessionally.

Mask for employee's servings food

Arrived at the drive thru window to wait for our mobile orders and for the entire 8 minutes we waited, none of the 5 employees were wearing mask properly,2 of them didnt even have a mask on at all, the other 3 had on a mask but it was pulled down below their mouth,they were all at the food service station, one of the employees that wasnt wearing a mask was nibbling on food

During the pandemic service has been excessively slow. One can expect to spend 40 minutes in drive thru line easily. Once you actually arrive at window to order in most instances, there is a 10 to 15 min wait just to place your order. On top of this Staff is rude because you don't look happy about the wait. I sat in line today from begging to end 40 min and in the beginning there may have been 5 cars ahead of me. They don't offer any explanation, they don't explain the wait time at order window. They don't even apologize for wait when you finally get food, they barely speak.Go
