Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Employees are stealing money from customers!
Cashier acted like he did not understand English. He charged me for things I did not order and only then was I told there were no refunds! UNACCEPTABLE! I did not cause the problem. He did. How am I not able to get my money back?

User's recommendation: DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! THEY DO NOT RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND STEAL FROM THEM!

Waste of my time!!

I called the restaurant at 10125 State Line Rd, 64114 and asked if they sold chicken livers. The gentleman on the phone said yes. So i went into the restaurant and before i got in line, i asked a gentleman behind the counter if they sold chicken livers. He said yes. So i got in line and waited 15 minutes until it was my turn to order, only to be told that they don't sell them!! What a waste of my freaking time!! I know it was a language barrier because everyone working there spoke broken English... I'm so for equal rights for all but come on!! At least have a staff member that is fluent in speaking English at all times. Because of this incident i will never come back!! User's recommendation: They don't sell chicken livers!!

Manager kicked me out of the dinner area and said I had to go to the drive thru after her friends came in and she served them but I had to go to drive thru Manager said her lobby is close and her friend didn't lock the door.foid was over cooked I paid $18 dollars for some food that I didn't eat.

User's recommendation: Don't go to that store the bread on the fish sandwich was hard.

Waiting in line now. 35 minutes for somebody to take my order.

In the drive-through, there is a long line and was waiting 35 minutes just for them to take my order. Not a good look I understand theyre under pressure in the inside. It was crowded but the line is a so long now I was car number three and still didnt get place an order yet the Popeyes on the 1300 block Main in Hisperia

Employees

We had a mobile order today. They had our order wrong. Returned to store. Employees are outside smoking marijuana with friends. Have the store doors locked. Wont answer drive thru window. Eventually left without some of our order. Employees clearly saw us and tried to hide.

Poor customer service rude manager

Called in to corporate office and yet to get a response back from them. Pls contact me in regards to the issue I originally mentioned earlier.

The Management resolved the issue in fine order. I’m very satisfied.

Very good. One bad egg does not spoil the bunch. If you encounter a bad employee, speak to upper management and tell them the issue. They will fix the problem.

User's recommendation: If u experience an issue like I did, just speak to upper mgmt and they will make it right.
