Waiting on phone call from corporate

Poor Service

I placed an order online for pickup in Yonkers, NY. It was not ready at the time stated.

I waited. I approached the Manager. The Manager said the chicken isn't ready yet. I said I wasn't aware, no one explained why there was a wait.

I was order #72 and they were on #85. And there was a pile of chicken behind the Manager. Another young lady worker who was not a Manager approached the Manager, and said what she say? I was standing right in front of this woman when she was inquiring about me, I said I am right here in front of you, and I said I was not aware the chicken was not ready but I never spoke to you about it, and it not necessary for you to get involved.

I spoke the Manager. I am waiting now. She begin muttering something. So, I said to the Manager, excuse me just cancel my order, I won't be spoken down too, and I will file a complaint cause its unnecessary for her to be involved.

The girl started ranting out loud, the Manager held her back, sent her away. The Manager convinced me to stay. I said, fine but that doesn't stop a complaint. What is her name, the one that was screaming.

She wouldn't not give it, I said fine Janea I have yours. Janea the Manager then started getting an attitude and saying, I don't care about a complaint. So, I said, you know what cancel the order I don't want it. The young lady continues to scream in the back.

I'm with my 74 year old father, before we leave my father states why is she still yelling, she doesn't need to do that. She doesn't need to get involved. This isn't how you are supposed to treat customers. We leave out the door.

Another employee comes out and says to my father (who looks 74) - I will *** up. The young man, is saying this to an old man. We don't get scared or walk away we approach him, and the Manager and a Customer got in between because the employee began flexing like her was going to fight.

The staff is horrendous here, and have anger management issues. The Manager has no control.

We got a 16 piece spicy chicken tenders and it was mostly breading and the chicken was hard to find. The pieces were so thin that the breading made up 60% of the product

Store#11973, Order#35, Auth#02325R, CToutd:172, Merchant ID: 334320****89, $24.99 for 14 PC, 2LG SD, 7 BIS, Total Paid $27.21 This is the second time this happened to me, Popeye employees did not to put any chicken breasts in my Family Meal Order. My sale receipt states that I supposed to have three chicken breast, there was "NO"chicken breasts in my order. I suspect their employees are being told not to add any chicken breast in our family plan meal because it's hard for us to see them packed in the box full of chicken pieces. So I ordered on line at your Store on 15 th and National Milwaukee WI. I ordered 2 do meat meals, 1 chicken nuggets 1 classic chicken sandwich. My order was suppose to be ready at 5:30 pm pick up. I got there and had to wait in line . I didnt get my order till 5:50 pm. When I got it the sandwich wasnt in there I waited a additional 5 min to talk to someone. She explained they didnt have any and I would have to go on line to get a refund. I asked if she would substitute something she said yes so a got a order sm of nuggets. I didnt get the right sides. Not COVID Standards, one manager called me but never called back after I asked him too. All managers are rude. The restaurant is filthy and the employees are angry. One employee dropped a bag on the ground and the picked it up and used it to serve food and cussed and kicked stuff on the floor.

I waited at the drive thru in Woodstock, GA for 9 mins before someone even acknowledged me. There was no hello give us a minute nothing during that time. When someone finally did come on the intercom, they were talking to someone else while I was giving my order and I had to repeat myself several times. The woman was rude, and when I was asking her for my sauce preference, she cut me off and told me she dont do that to tell them at the window. They do one order at a time at a drive thru! They need to train better or hire more proficient, polite people!

On 8-14-2021, I ordered an 11 piece dark and was charged $13.99. The sign outside the facility says 11 piece Dark meat price is $9.99. My Order number is 30. I went to Popeye location number 12432 and is located at: 461 South 69th Street, Upper Darby, PA, 19082. I took a picture of the sign and went back in restaurant and showed the cashier the sign picture. The cashier told me that the $13.99 is the price. I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the lady manager and I did not get her name. I asked the manager to receive the $9..99 price on the sign and the manager told me no and they just didn't take the sign down. On 8-15-21, 8-23-21 and 8-28-2, I was in the area so I went by the restaurant and saw that the 11 piece Dark $9.99 was still up on the board and wasn't taken down. On 7-25-21, I ordered an 11 piece Dark and received 6 breat pieces instead of 11 pieces of legs and thighs. I will not purchase anything from this location again. Thank you Kim Montgomery
