In times when customers can only use the drive-thru, due to COVID-19, the speaker was broken and everyone had to order at the window. I called to attempt to order and help ease the wait time, but I was denied.
Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes just to get to the window. The service was fair and food was fair also. Several cars drove off because of the wait time.
This was the 3rd time I attempted to get Popeyes I had just left a different location that was too packed.
Its more about notifying the company of this issue at a time like this rather than me being pissed because I like Popeyes and this was not a pleasant experience.
Oh and when I called Corporate to complain.
I was told I only have 5 minutes to talk due to high call volume.. Hmmm
