I ordered two chicken sandwiches, one spicy one, two large fries, and they usually come in a big box, and two mango lemonades. When I got my food, the girl handed me the lemonades first and one of the lids fell off.
Half of the lemonade spilled into my lap. I made her refill it, and I cleaned myself up. When I got my food, I noticed there were not two large fries. I asked, 'Where is the rest of the food?' They responded, 'You got what you ordered.' I replied, 'No, I did not.
I ordered two large fries.' She looked back at the order and said, 'Well, I put in a small fry and a large fry.' I retorted, 'That's not what you read back to me. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, one spicy, two large fries, and two mango lemonades. That's what you read back to me. So, I am supposed to take whatever you put in and pay for it, even when it's your mix-up.
Why should I have to pay for a large fry again when I ordered it right the first time? I am not paying for a large fry. If you didn't enter it correctly, you knew I ordered large fries and you still entered the wrong information. Are you telling me I have to come in there and enter my own order?' They continued to argue for 30 minutes, so all of my food was cold.
They ended up threatening to call the police. I called the authorities to see if I was in the wrong. They told me: it's not a public matter, I had to deal with the corporate. I had them call the manager and was supposed to call back this morning, but I couldn't get a hold of her.
Instead, they gave me a small portion of fries and said, 'Here are your large fries, now get out of our driveway, or else I will call the cops.' I said that's terrible service and was not leaving until I get a full large fry. Then I noticed that they had called the police, and three sheriffs showed up. I don't know what they told the police, but that is pretty alarming. I didn't get my money back.
They offered to give me my money back, but we paid with a credit card, and I wasn't going to return the food to have them serve it to someone else. Despite them saying the refund would go back on the credit card, considering I live 100 miles away from the store and had a terrible experience, I will probably never return to that store again.
User's recommendation: My recommendation is to go to a different location and not ever go to the store again because they have poor manager service poor employee service, and do not know how to treat their customers and they cannot take an order right to begin with

On the app, it said you could order all dark meat. When we got home, we found a mix of chicken pieces.
I called the store,11125, and was told to come in they would fix it. The manager told me that they don't do that. I told her that it was false advertising. She told me that they were trying to get corporate to remove this option.
She also said she has had people like me complain to her about other things and she was tired of it. She than walked away from me. Her remark made me feel like she was racist. I'm white and she black.
So I feel nothing was going to be done about the issue. I have never complained to a corporate from any company until now.

Not going to keep going through this. I sent the email attached with my picture showing that they are advertising it in the window at the location on 501 and Seaboard Street, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

I think they need a new manager and better cooks and workers..The restaurant needs to be cleaned theres a very long wait time on your order especially if u in the drive through they take your money and you are pulled around to the front to keep their time down on the windowHaf the time they standing outside smoking gods knows what

i took a picture of the menu screen for pricing reasons and he said "did you take my picture" i laughed and said no why ...he then said i refuse to take your order you get out ..leave..i said even if your in the picture there is no expectation of privacy in public but i would delete for him ..he said again louder you delete and get i i wont serve you
this manager needs a refresher on customer service and the etiquette that goes with it your business just lost money as i wont go there again and yes will tell many of my local veteran friends about him

I got two three-piece chicken tenders with fried pickles two strawberry biscuits and two drinks. My bill was 3898.
Im sure that the way this was rung up as the reason that I was charged almost $20 each for three piece chicken strips a strawberry biscuit and a drink. I called the store. The manager was rude. I tried to explain to her that I was not mad I was just trying to get this situation fixed because I couldve went to a steakhouse for a $20 plate and she was not having it.
She hung up in my ear. I do not appreciate this and on top of it. I didnt even get ranch dressing that I had requested the fried pickles wouldnt even But half full in the container.
I need this resolved. I dont mind paying for two three-piece tenders, but not $20 each thank you.
User's recommendation: Look at your receipt before you leave and don’t expect the manager at the Popeyes store number 12099 to be nice or better yet. Don’t even go to Popeyes if you expect in any kind of reasonable prices or good service.

I ordered a family box that was $20. It said in the store they charged me $22.
I ordered four mac and cheese, and then they said one regular mac for $3.99. Then, I ordered two strawberry biscuits for $2.99, which came to $28.98.
I didn't get the regular macaroni cheese, or my two strawberry biscuits, and a chicken one. All that is not great.

In order to comply with your legal obligations, you must preserve all potentially relevant documents and data regardless of source, and avoid deletion, overwriting, or any other possible destruction or deletion of potentially relevant documents and data. Documents and data include not only paper copies of documents, but also e-mail, instant messages, word processing documents, spreadsheets, databases, calendars, photographs, telephone logs, audio recordings, voicemail messages, videotapes, closed circuit recordings, internet usage files, and all other electronic information maintained, created, received, and/or maintained on your electronic devices, computer systems, or with third-party vendors such as cloud providers. Sources of potentially relevant information include paper files, computer hard drives, removable media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, and thumb drives), computers, back-up drives, servers, PDAs, smartphones, cellular phones, tablets, and any other locations where paper documents or electronically stored information are maintained.
Preservation of all existing documents and data potentially relevant to the above-referenced matter must include avoiding deletion, overwriting, or any other possible alteration, destruction, or deletion of potentially relevant documents and data. In this regard, you must now suspend any routine document and data destruction or deletion policies, such as manual and auto-deletion of emails or other electronic documents or data, as well as any routine overriding of electronic data in which you may be engaged.
You should instruct all of your employees who may possibly have information relating to this matter to also preserve all potentially relevant information. It is imperative that all key personnel be provided with written notice of the preservation obligations discussed in this letter.
Failure to preserve and retain potentially relevant documents may result in adverse consequences, including legal claims for damages and monetary and evidentiary sanctions.
Please forward a copy of this letter to all persons and entities with custodial responsibility for documents at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., as well as any third parties or vendors acting on behalf of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., its agents, employees, and/or affiliates that may have such documents and evidence.

Popeyes refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. So disappointed in that company! They just ruined good food with their awful customer service (figuratively, not literally).

They were out of most things, did not have chicken for a meal, only enough sides for a small, and ran out of regular wings. We ordered a combo and were told after we paid and got the food that biscuits were not included. We asked for two biscuits, but the manager said no. We were also refused sauce.
The manager was very rude. To begin, the cashier did not know how to take our order and seemed very inebriated. It took someone else to come help take our order. After the assistant tried to help us and we agreed on an order, it was then that the manager came up and said no to what we ordered—after we paid.
By this time (it took a while to order since they were out of many items), the line was long and we were rushed off. On top of the shoddy service, the lack of food items, and false advertising, food and trash littered the floor. Choices were limited for us, or we would have gone elsewhere. We expected more from Popeyes for the $42.78 that we paid for 24 wings and two small sides.
Someone needs to know what is happening at this location and hopefully fix it.
The manager seemed to delight in saying no because he could and was not interested in hearing our concerns. We don’t want others to experience this level of dissatisfaction.

I worked at Popeyes in Columbus, MS, and I never got paid correctly. I tried talking to the GM, but she got an attitude with me.
I have all the proof. It's been almost a month now that I haven't received my correct check.

(2) 3 piece chicken strips with fried pickles two strawberry biscuits, a sweet tea and a pickle lemonade. I was charged $38.98 looking at the receipt.
I understood that it had been rang up wrong so I called the Popeyes in Indian Trail, North Carolina I was very nice.
I had to call two times because I was hung up on the first time the second time I called I tried to explain to the woman that I was not mad. I just needed the money for overcharge, She said that there was nothing that she could do and hung up on again.
