The customer service lady was very kind and willing to help me. I love Popeyes. I never was treated bad like that before. That is no way to treat a customer. I spend over $40.00 at a time there. Wish my experience was not so bad .

Very good. One bad egg does not spoil the bunch. If you encounter a bad employee, speak to upper management and tell them the issue. They will fix the problem.

Me & my wife visited this store several times. We always get coupons in the mail.

The manager who I don't know his name is always polite. He always honors our request. I went there this evening to make a purchase for my family. I made the same request I always do.

The girl at the register had no clue what to do called on another employee who tells me I can only get the pieces that ring up. I told him we always come here and get the same thing all the time. I understand it's hard to get people to work now days, but I think you should hire people who the skill to talk to customers with courtesy. Anyway, I asked for a refund because I didn't care for the attitude.

When the manager came out he gave me what I was asking for with no problem.

Some of these young kids have no idea how to handle a cust.

This is the popeyes at 2839 E Fountain Blvd , Colorado springs ,co what a joke this place is , I ordered two chicken sandwich and two apple pies on line . Waited about twenty minutes and then drove down to pick-up my order .

Walked up to the counter , was asked what I wanted and I told the girl that I had an order #84 and then gave her my name . She looked at me started digging through some order slips turned around and walked away . Both girls started helping customers at the drive up window and I was left standing there . I thought they would get to my order when they could .

All this time customers were coming in looking at me and when they couldnt get waited on they just walked out . I would say they lost about eight customers because no one would help them . This went on for about thirty to forty minutes and still I had no order , the girls behind the counter would just look at me and walk off , helping driver-up customers . Finely this kid came in and I complained to him about how long I have been waiting and he walked over to this rack and said , what is your name , I told him and he said here is your order.

It had been sitting there all this time NOT ONCE DID THAT GIRL MAKE ANY EFFORT TO HELP ME she never once checked that rack .

As a mater of fact this girl came in and she waited on her immediately got her order ready to go . If it wasnt for that kid who helped me I would be still standing there This is what you can expect from popeyes ORDER #84 POPEYES RESTAURANT#2604

Arrived at the location in Benton AR at 9:20pm, and was immediately told that the workers was upset and couldnt drop any other food other than what was available at the time! My response was its 40 minutes before closing, and did corporate know they couldnt drop any food.. got to window and two of the female workers was laughing, singing, and joking rather than being concerned about my order! Worse customer service ever

I picked up and order for a customer and found that it had been sitting for 40 minutes without a heat lamp so I asked them to remake the order fresh and they refused Not only did they refuse but they gave me attitude like I was doing something wrong. Why dont these people understand that without these customers, they have no jobs?

I was trying to tell her she needs 2 relate to her Manager that there are surronded indian reservations around gallup which makes our lite city of Gallup n.m. go up 50,000 from 20,000 and that they need to order more food becsuse the 3 times ive been there since they opened ,theyve been out if several items.

While i was talking i accidentally touched her with my finger becaused i talk with my hands !The reason i was so close is because i didnt want to raise my voice and make a scene. So then she gets mad because i touched her with my finger...so then she tells me shes going to call the cops on me. I said r u serious...she said yes...do i said well we'll c whi gets them 1st on the phone?

Si we both called...i spoke to 2 the gallup pd explained it...pd asked me if it hit her...i said No...i barely touched hrr w my finger...so i asked if i needed ti stay there...dje said no ? I just think it was very u professional of her and i think she needs yo be trainned better wen dealing w customers I personally think she was wrong !?

Gift cards won’t work

Called several months ago about my gift cards not working. Found out that the company is sending out new cards. The new cards are valued at $20 each. The original cards that I purchased were at a higher value. Basically, lost money because their cards were defective. I really like Popeyes but I wont be purchasing anymore gift cards.

To get things settled about my hiring, and pay and scheduling

As of last week I haven't done any work because I didn't know the store was closing down for remodeling I only worked for 3 days a week Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday upon me going into work, the following week and they're closed, for remodeling, with no heads up. I haven't got paid and no one told me where I'm going and upon that no one has told me to get my or reached out to me and get my pay card. I talked to the corporate manager Mike made arrangements to pick up my pay card, but was too busy you didn't even give me a call to let me know he wasn't going to meet me today I gave him a call he's at Independence waiting for corporate supposed to meet him out in Grandview no call no show what kind of business are you is this running can I get a response back ASAP I have been 3 weeks with no money and a week without work because of them thank you.
