My husband was upset.. When ordering the food..he was cut off twice while he was speaking..then she repeated the order and made a sarcastic Yeah" in reply to his order.
He paid for the order and we left..when we arrived home..he felt the chicken and over half the pieces were cold..not even warm..the grow side orders were also incorrect..its like this why let us choose our opt I'll b.s.
if you are going to give us whatever you feel like..i guess that is drive thru service for you..i feel that is unacceptable ..then we tried calling the location to let them know of the problem..no one answered the phone after 4 tries he called corporate to let them know.. Very poor service .sad thing is it's not the first time
