Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - I was told someone from Popeyes would be in touch with me. I have not had any response since this email for a review. Thank you.
Would not give me a free refill after I ordered 3 combos with Mac & cheese and ate inside with 2 friends. Was told they do not give refills when they have to give drinks from behind the counter.
showed the manager the web site where Popeyes give free refills. They also had a coke machine in the dining room but it had a note on it. It was shut down or out of order. I did not read the note because it was obvious it was not for use.
Since cash was paid the receipt was thrown away but the bill was $30.98. 3 chicken combo sandwiches with 3 med. drinks and 2 orders of mac & cheese. If this is the way some franchises operate I will never know which ones follow the rules so I will have to visit a Popeyes competitor who sells chicken sandwiches .
Also the manager was not pleasant. This happened at the one on route 13 in Dover, Delaware.
User's recommendation: If you need refill on your drink go to Chick-fil-A.
