New ReviewerMy husband has purchased at this location on numerous occasions and received poor service. On 5/18/22 at location 2580 N State Rd 7, Hollywood, FL, ticket #641 (Clark) on the ticket @12:32pm he ordered a 2 piece spicy ( all thighs) and a 3 piece spicy (all thighs) and 2 apple pies.
the cashier mentioned that it would take a while for spicy. So he opted to take mild chicken instead. Once arrived at his destination , he realized that hed been given 1 thigh, a breast and a wing in one order and 2 breasts in the other order. I called( his wife) at an attempt to rectify the problem.
This quickly escalated into a let me take up for the employees type of call. She didnt offer a replacement and I also requested my receipt for the cash transaction. To give a little history, we order from this same location with the same (all thighs)request all the time ( THE ONLY CHICKEN TYPE WE REQUEST) no mistake on which part of the chicken is desired.
Also, we are never given a receipt ( only the printer portion with the ticket #). They are robbing the corporation blind in drive through.
Monetary Loss: $20.
