I work across the street from the Popeyes at 9th & Broadway, Little Rock, Arkansas. This restaurant has been here a little over a year, and our office which is the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, the African American museum for the State of Arkansas has a great relationship with the both the staff and management.
However, there is a new manager, Cedric, who is not engaging, does not have good customer service skills, and whose attitude is kinda offensive. He says he is this way because he is not able to park in our lot, as is our policy, except for Monday's when we're closed. The other managers/owner has always accommodated our staff, and the customer service from the restaurant staff has always been over the top. This young man's attitude is unkind and not in sync with the other workers.
It is obvious from the front counter that his attitude is unacceptable even to his fellow workers. Please send him to another store, he is not good for morale downtown.
