Having attended Popeyes Store #5732 (**** Guilbeau Road, San Antonio, TX, 78250) drive thru, earlier today, I was served by a black female employee at the window. My order number is 46.
This is my second time being served by her and this is the second time she attempted to shove my box of food to me, without a bag. And this is the second time I had to tell her to please place the item in a bag. This is just *** poor customer service and her attitude of disservice ought to change. But this can solely be done, by making the issue known to management. It was only after driving away, I realized that she was the said person who served me on a previous occasion, as I go there quite often (because I love their spicy chicken breast).
So clearly, they have bags in stock to provide but as long you accept this sort of behavior from her, I guess this is grounds for her to continue doing so.
Please nip this behavior in the bud forthright. She might seem to think nobody took note of her disservice, until I dealt with her again, today. If your goal is to provide a positive experience to your guest, please cause your employees to act as such. These are the little things that make your business look bad and effectively turn people away from your business.
