Waited around 30 minutes, was not told it was gonna be 12 minutes at 11:01 because of them just dropping in chicken till 5 minutes after i paid. They told me i could get a refund however i already wasted my time at this point and i was getting it for my sons lunch.

When i asked the manager could we get a couple apple pies for the inconvenience the manager said "umm no". Very rude and not helpfull at all. The managers name is Ashley. My order was made at 10:56 i did not get it till 11:22.

That's not 12 minutes!

Not only was it the start of the lunch period it was also Tuesday so you would think worth the Tuesday special they would be more prepared. That could've been over looked had Ashley (the manager) had not only been rude by saying (umm no) but also lying about how long it would take fully knowing they have a timer on the fry.

I mean, what is hard to understand? This place can't just cook dozens of pounds of chicken a day that they won't use.

That's wasting money. If they did, they'd need to drastically raise prices...which would lead to...wait for it...people complaining about prices. Why in the H-E-LL would you get a couple of pies?

That's what they did after the fact, if you knew anything you'd know as do they it should've already been done. It's not a made to offer location.

You could go sit down and eat at that type of place in the time I got my order. The real thing upsetting is the rudeness and lie told.
