Ordered 12 piece family meal thru Popeyes app. There was not 1 piece of breast in the box.

I guess they can get away with this since the online menu DOES NOT state which pieces are in an order. Also we do NOT like dark meat. There is NO option on the online menu to choose all white meat. Also we always upgrade to only breasts but there is no option on the app to do this.

The dependability and quality Popeyes used to have no longer exists. Very disappointed! From the other complaints it almost sounds like the employees are sabotaging their employer.

A few years ago we heard that Popeyes competition was sending people into Popeyes employ to destroy the business. Popeyes better wake up and address its problems with employees and menus before its too late.

User's recommendation: Contact corporate headquarters and complain, then if things don’t change don’t go there again. Also ask before you order what is actually in the order. Check your order before leaving the restaurant.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
