I purchased a two-piece combo with mac and cheese and nuggets with Hawaiian Punch and I did not receive my Mac and Cheese I have the receipt here and I called the store twice and no one picked up the phone so I left messages I'mBusiness also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because the order should be more competent with out rushing to get people out of their drive through line this is very inconsiderate I want a refund

Im a loyal Popeyes customer and door dash driver that picks up many orders and delivers many orders for this franchise I was denied useage of the bathroom unless I purchased something and I started to urinate on myself while other customers watching! They are very unprofessional and unsanitary with a toilet without a handle for flushing

Did you check your receipt? Usually, the employee's first name is on there. Despite not knowing her name, she can be easily identified just based on a physical description and time/date of visit.
