I ordered online and didn't even receive my chicken. How can a chicken restaurant forget the chicken. I have never had an issue before at this location even though it is in the worst possible neighborhood they have the best spicy chicken. I am extremely disappointed. I am happy at least that my 5 year Olds food is in the bag.

User's recommendation: Please check your bags even if it's stapled shut.

I have already submitted a complaint that I am waiting for a call back on. The complaint number is 655**** and I spoke with Danian. I have been waiting for over a week for a call from the corporate office as that is what I was told would happen. Demetria Forest 469.969.5494
