Had a order that was not wort buying Butterfly Shrimp was hard & small like extra small shrimp & tenders was hard mostly crust I buy from Popeyes so I know how the food is cooked but 1st time buying shrimp

Gift cards won’t work

Called several months ago about my gift cards not working. Found out that the company is sending out new cards. The new cards are valued at $20 each. The original cards that I purchased were at a higher value. Basically, lost money because their cards were defective. I really like Popeyes but I wont be purchasing anymore gift cards.

I won't donate an money.... popeyes stole 24.00 from me took money chicken and kept my receipt.

Want corporate to call me like they say they would...The girl that said she was the Manager was no manager at all...she had so make up on and was really in the wrong profession... This was at the popeyes in Fort Payne Alabama do I recommend this popeyes no way... I pray that corporate sees this.

The manager took my order he took it wrong he refused to acknowledge that he made a mistake and when I run into order a 3rd item he left off the menu he refused to sell it to me I've never heard of anything like this or seen it the guy could not get it through his head but I needed 3 meals and that too and then why would you refuse to sell me a 3rd one it makes no sense he was rude and that he shorted me 2 orders of biscuits this is crazy

Took my order wrong after 3 times asking me..I was quite clear....when got to window he was rude and told me he knew what I said..which he didnt...wouldn't admit he was wrong..and wouldn't correct order at window refused to sell me the 3rd meal I need as there was 3 in the car.??? Never experienced anything in my life..then shorted my on q biscuits orders also...drove 25 mins to get there left embarrassed with my co passengers... very rude uneducated people

Unfair Workforce Conditions

From the inconsistency of management , management saying one thing and doing another, loss wages , underpaid , never got 90 day raise , started off as a cashier was promised a promotion in October of 2020 as time went on I partook in the training of a new store ,new crew members and management. I stayed at my job even when my hours went as low as 5 hrs a week. I have more to say but my space is limited
