Don't go to Popeyes Chicken, there rude they gave me old food, ignored me when I asked for my receipt and turned lights out in my face. Then refuse to refund or replace, I spent $30 and my wife and I went to bed hungry and they still haven't fixed the issue (problem)stay away

I didn’t get my order that I paid for

Popeyes on 98 north Lakeland Florida poor service, and spent $42 didnt receive half of the order, went back up there mind you, gas is $5 a gal, and after getting all the attitude,she still didnt get my order right I was beyond DONE.. thank you.

Horrid expierence!

Not happy about chicken piece quantity

I got the 12 piece family on Saturday night. They were making a new batch so I waited 10 minutes. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes and rolls were fine. I got 7 wings 3 legs 1 thigh and I breast. That doesnt seem fair 36 dollars for that selection of chicken

You need a new manager dont treat customers properly given all great reviews except this one over the years will not go to any location because you didnt send a refund or coupon for the money owed to me for not giving senior discount make customer wait with one car ahead of me forget I was there until going to drive thru window when rang order up folded receipt up in bottom of bag napkins covering it up fully looked at it went back next day laughed at me you dont need me as a customer any more keep the money you need it more

Upset

It was 931 went through a drive-through and they did not have any chicken ready they only had one breast one red beans and two biscuits available what is this the getting paid to close to 11 PM I really had a night craving wanted some chicken legs and this is not the first time it happens in Lufkin Texas by 1030 10:20 PM they dont want to prep anything they just see them walking around not doing anything but cleaning getting ready to go home why would they just not close at 10 PM

Employee coughed while taking order and store operating without soda at all wrong order givin

I want them to know that that is the only close Popeyes in miles why should I drive that far to get rude Customer service and wrong order and the worse part to have have my order coughed while my order is being taken not to mention no soda in the store and the worse experience at a popeyes I have ever had.
